My grocery store is in a pretty safe neighborhood. For a long time, nothing was stolen from my store. However, within these couple of months there had been a few items that has gone missing. This led me to buying security cameras. With these security cameras set up I believe it would it decrease the chance of things being stolen. Also, I can monitor very easily through these cameras.It was fairly easy to set these security cameras up. Plus, the image displayed is clear. Four cameras was the perfect amount for me. I am able to capture a majority of my store. I also downloaded the app that is connected to these cameras which is extremely helpful. I’ve already used this camera for a while, and up until this point, there has been no problem. This makes me feel a lot more secure with these installed.

Nice camera system. I had a sannce system before this, which i believe annke owns sannce, so wanted to stay with something familiar. I chose this one over their wireless system with NVR, i tried both. Wireless system was a little laggy, not awful, just not as smooth as i like. Picture quality on this system was slightly better than the wireless, 3mp vs 2mp. Plus this system had the PIR lights that flash when intruder is detected, which i liked. This system had a better DVR interface, many more options to choose from over the wireless. The wireless system you still had to supply power to the cameras, which to me was going to be about the same amount of work for the wired system. I did have to order some extension cables for 2 of the cameras, no biggie. The wireless system did have a bit better nightvision, although the wired system is still great. Overall i thouroghly enjoy this camera system. Great picture, great interface. Mobile app works well too.

This is our second purchase of this camera system. We purchased them for added security around the house and to keep track of packages being delivered to the house. They are a great system for the price. We've had zero issues with the system. Cameras have a good quality picture with enough zoom to see the littlest details we look for. Our first system is two and a half years old and still working great no issues. From our experience this has been a great dependable system.

after communicating back and forth by email for a month I am still unable to view my cameras on my iPhone over the internet. Terrible software support from ANNKE. I was on the phone for over an hour with amazon technical support, John was very helpful but not successful. He said he would call ANNKE and call me back, so we’ll see!

My 1st venture into a home security system. I did not want a monthly bill so this system fit my needs. Cameras work great, wish at least one had sound so you could communicate with someone at the front door. The remote software has a bit of a learning curve to set all the bells and whistles but it works well. Videos are crisp and clear, both day and night. I do get a lot of false alarms in the afternoon, even though the sensitivity is set as low as I can go. Caused by moving shadows on a breezy, sunny afternoon. I would recommend this product.

This camera system is great. The configuration of the system is somewhat difficult at first while you are not familiar with every step but it is only at the beginning. The image is formidable and motion detection is enviable. I recommend to anyone who buys it to be instructed well when taking it out of its box since it could be disappointed. I strongly recommend it. I give it five stars for the product but I would give it 4 or 3 for customer service,...it's horribe.

This is a pretty solid system. The cameras are really nice. I mean they are only 3mp so don't expect some really high quality picture and video. Make sure the supplied 60ft (maybe 50?)cables are going to be enough,if not, buy extra.I appreciate the supplied mouse but I needed wireless. I purchased one of those Bluetooth trackpad/keyboard with backlight....it works but constantly registers a key press even if you don't touch it. Same thing happens with any wireless keyboard. I ended up buying a trackball Logitech mouse and this works fine with the onscreen keyboard. You don't need to type much anyway.For the most part the night vision works really well. The infared light attracts just as much bugs as a standard multi ir camera. I found fine tuning it in the PTZ option can give you the best clarity. There is documentation supplied with the camera on how to change these settings. Yes the white flashing light can be turned off.I can't say much about the quality of motion detection because I have it set to continuously record. However there is an option in playback called smart playback that basically jumps the recording to where motion was detected. It's really nice not to have to click through hours of video to see if anything happened. On the playback bar are green little tick marks that indicate there was motion there.The app called annkevision is great. I am able to view my live feed from work and playback as well. Don't remember the difficulty of setting it up. I believe there was a QR code you had to have your phone read and it pretty much syncs up with your system. If you're the least bit tech savvy, you should have no trouble.With that, I'm overall really pleased with it. It gives me an extra piece of mind knowing I can watch over my family and belongings. Pair this with a security system and your choice of in home self defense and keep your family safe.Godbless

After a few weeks using it, I can say that it is a worthy buy!I've considered wireless cameras, but there were too many reviews that mentioned problems staying connected! So I decided to go with the hard-wired one. I've installed three of them outside and they have performed very well. The installation is easy and nice. The camera's night vision quality is excellent. The video is very clean and crisp, both day and night. Love it!
