Hi, there. Yes, E1 cameras can work with Reolink PoE NVRs. Since E1 doesn't have the Ethernet port, you need to wirelessly connect it with the same router that you connect the NVR to. Then click the "Scan" on the NVR to find the camera and enter the password that you set. Finally, you have the E1 cameras on the NVR.
