Perfect
I’ve had Ue speakers since the boom 2 after a jbl lasted me 3 days. Ue speakers are durable my boom 2 got thrown 20 feet in the air and still worked. boom 4 sounds great and looks nice’ connected way faster than older model and it’s easy to start your playlist with the magic button. if you want bass and battery life get the mega boom 3 or 4

Great sound and battery life
Love the sound quality and that it is water proof. I'm about to buy a couple more since we can connect multiple speakers at 1 time

Sound is amazing!
I love the color of this blue one! Music is amazing out of this speaker. I like bass and it has plenty! I haven’t tried using it with an audiobook so I don’t know if the base will be too much in that case but it freaking rocks when jamming to your favorite tunes. The sound is crisp and it will get quite loud and I’ve not even turned it up 75% yet.

Great sound, good for traveling
I replaced my older MegaBoom with this smaller unit for travel. I like that it's smaller, less bulky and less weight. The sound in the hotel rooms I stay in is great.

BEST IN THE PRICE RANGE
I have this speaker hanging on my wheelchair. If I must drive a wheelchair,I want good music. Also,it's another way to let people in cars know that I'm nearby.I wish the volume was easier to adjust. I also wish I could skip forward and back. But the sound is pretty good. It has stood up to getting wet and being dropped.Also I charge it with a fast charger. Blew 2 JBL's that way. This one seems to handle it a bit better.

Not impressed with the sound quality
I had the Boom 2 and I thought the sound quality was incredible. With the Boom 4, I was not as impressed. I went and tried the Megaboom 4 and I liked that sound quality better.

Excellent
We purchased one of these about six years ago for kayaking works beautifully when I saw it on the Amazon prime deals. I had to jump and get it. These can be hooked up in stereo so I have one in the basement and one upstairs so when I’m doing laundry, I don’t lose my music
