Q: Does this come in a case?

No - it comes in the plastic packaging they send it in, but they are the BEST headphones. I have 3 pair! I had more, but I lost and these are the only kind I repurchase.

Q: are the "green" earbuds actually green or do they look like the picture? bc the picture looks like light blue.

They look just like the picture. More of a mint green.

Q: Just bought to sleep in and am losing sound on either side when I lay on them. Anyone else experience this?

I personally live these ear buds. They’re so comfortable they never hurt my ears. Maybe you need to contact the manufacturer it may be that yours is defective. I’ve never experienced this issue except for when they were old and worn and had wiring issues from tugging at them over the years
