Oh, it's good!
Yuzu is the king of citrus. Lemons, oranges, even limes bend the knee.Go to Japan. Eat yuzu things. Then come back to America and try to get the stuff -- it's nowhere. We're not growing them. Why aren't we growing them? Maybe yuzu doesn't like our eye-contact, and friendly greetings to strangers? Is yuzu too shy for America? Even though it has the divine right of kings?Marmalade is the queen of bread condiments. Butter, jam, and even curd show deference.I've never been to the Britons, but I hear they've got the hookup.Yuzu + Marmalade = An aristocracy I can get behind. This blend isn't too sweet, especially when you get a nice line of peel in your mouth. A little lemony, a little orangey -- complex and balanced. I found I don't care for it on pb&j -- it's just too special, but on a slice of fresh wheat toast? Divine.Yeah, it's a little spendy, but you're getting what you pay for here. The king and the queen, together at the ball.

Perfect yuzu treat
Delicious. Lovely to add to ice cream or yogurt.

Wonderful marmalade.
This marmalade is addictive! At first bite, I thought it rather bitter, but gradually I realized the slightly bitter aftertaste was what made it so much better than other marmalades, most of which are just too sweet. Yuzu is more elegant and sophisticated. Try it! I highly recommend.

Holds it's own (or better) against great Seville orange marmalades
I have been a connoisseur of orange marmalade my whole life, introduced to it by my parents as a child. There is ONLY one type of great orange marmalade, those made with Seville oranges. Typically these are English or Spanish brands (many of the latter being very local). Proper marmalade is not too sweet and certainly has a bitter and highly citrus taste that comes from the peel that is an obligatory component of any proper orange marmalade. Endless arguments about thickness of peel, amount of sugar, etc. They are all wonderfully silly, after all it is about taste preference. Recently I tried Yakami Orchard Yuzu marmalade. Leave it to the Japanese! In a lifetime of sampling orange marmalades whenever possible, this was the very first to be considered of comparable experience. The taste is not the same, especially it has even more citrus and a different taste than Seville oranges. But it is simply extraordinary, sublime, delicious, and subtle. The quality is excellent. Who can predict another person's taste, but that said I am confident that if you like it, you will love it. It is now part of my marmalade armamentarium!

Simply wonderful marmalade!
I'd never knowingly eaten yuzu before and heard about this so I ordered some back in February. $8.99 for a 300 gram jar. I absolutely love it! Not something I want daily because I view it as a treat which is a good thing given the price and actually the price is now nearly doubled at ~$13.69. It was $14.99 last week.tldr: Absolutely wonderful marmalade that comes at a price. If that doesn't bother you then definitely try it!

Poor packaging again
It’s a great tasty marmalade but the vendor could have used better packaging materials. Last year two jars broke and I was hoping that they would take corrective measures to improve upon this major shortcoming. Nothing broke in this four pack shipment.
