Great quality made to last
I have bought these jars to store dried items in my food shelves area as the airtight seal is best in this type of jar. Especially for the flour the seal will keep the flour fresh and keep any little bugs away that can get into standard flour tins I have used in the past.Size wise I’m currently using the large ones for flour and the smaller ones for nachos and pasta. This jar holds almost a whole bag of nachos and I have to eat the last few if they don’t fit in! A regular packet of pasta fits in easy. The quality is very good, in the past I have bought a copy brand and the clasp but fell apart. The quality is noticeably higher than others I’ve used, especially on the metal clasp area.While the price is a bit more than other brands you get what you pay for and this jar is something worth investing in as it’s made to last

The best jars for foodie cooks and bakers
These big kilner jars aren't cheap and I have a collection of them as I have open shelves with all my cooking ingredients in jars. It looks super cool.This is a great size for flour or sugar if you bake. It will also last for 30 years or more.They wash great and you can buy replacement seals if you ever need them.As a foodie, I can recommend.

Great for organisation
I buy kilner jars to help keep myself and my things organised. They come in a range of sizes, this size is one of the smaller. They are very strong and sturdy. The fact that they are made from glass makes them easy to clean.

Does the job and makes best use of space
Do you have round cupboards? Me neither. These are great for proper use of space but have rounded edges so things don't get stuck. I mix a bag of flavoured/salted nuts with a bigger bag of plain - less salt and better for our health. These are ideal!

Who said square is negative?
Great jar (used for soaking fruit in rum for Christmas cakes in advance of the season) with solid lock and seal. Until you get a rectangular or square base Kilner, you don’t fully appreciate how illogical the round ones are for taking up cupboard space and the non-round version looks really good too. I’ll probably be getting more of these.
