I’m Canadian, living in the UK. This tastes more like proper maple syrup than anything you get in a bottle in UK supermarkets.

Delicious. Tastes like maple syrup but thicker, sweeter and stronger flavour, I prefer this to real maple syrup.

Not impressed with the flavour
Just bought this on a whim. I normally buy the organic maple syrup from waitrose and love that. This golden syrup just had a chemical maple aftertaste. DIfficult to explain. While I will stick to Lyle's regular golden syrup, this is a no no for me personally.
