Great pasta

Good healthy alternative
It is not pasta, but it is a great high protein option and easy to cook

It is organic, health giving and quick to cook.
I like the health aspects of this food and the speed at which it can be prepared. However, it does tend to become mushy if over cooked. It is a change from tinned or cooked dried chickpeas, and goes well with many vegetables plus a healthy oil dressing.

Pasta replacement.
High protein replacement for carby pasta. It serves well but I wish it were cheaper.

Lacks Pasta Texture
It's OK but falls apart when trying to eat so not great. It's also no better that wholemeal pasta nutritionally and for blood sugar response.

Lovely pasta
This pasta cooks a lot quicker than normal drum wheat ones so keep a close eye on it or it will break down in the water. It's lovely if cooked correctly.

Poor Integrity
Fell apart and turned to mush when cooking exactly to instruction. Need to reduce heat and cooking time to make edible.

If you want to eat mash buy it, never been so angry at pasta before! Left it for at least 6 mins on slow heat and this is what became of it. Would give it 0 if I could
