Easy to use and much better that you can choose which plates to use. Easy to clean, no hassle.

After purchasing I wrote a review that while accurate needs an extension after approximately a year:An easy to use appliance that is easy to swap between grill, sandwich maker and waffles. And easy to clean as the plates come out. If you want 2 or 3 of these things investigate this product.The extension: while approximately 1 year of use was excellent, for some reason, this device cracked while being loaded for toasties. The bread wasn’t super thick, or stale. But with a cracked case the device was no longer safe or usable and so was recycled. While good the build quality is not up to that of the breville devices some of which have interchangeable plates (if you buy them in the right order!) so my initial recommendation must, unfortunately, be revised.

Great job altogether

Purchased this item in February 2025 and already broken! Tried to change the fuse however made no difference and still does not switch on. I would not recommend this product. Also had no response when contracting the supplier.

Used for paninis and toasties. Extremely easy to use. Not used for making waffles yet but will do shortly. Very happy with purchase. Was for hubby for fathers Day, and he loves it as well. Would recommend. Easy clean.

We didn't use the item as I found the plates questionable. The product description lists the material as "Stainless Steel". but it isn't clear exactly what is stainless steel. After contacting the manufacturer for guidance, it is only the little bit of metal around the lights on the lid which is stainless steel. The plates are made from Aluminium with the non stick coating. A little more transparency on what the plates are made from would be good. This is after all, the actual piece that comes into contact with food.

Some buyers say this griller is too small. I agree, it is small but perfect for a one person household. The first thing I did was grill pork steaks which turned out perfectly, no fat spitting and an easy to clean grill pan. Will be trying out my cooking skills using the alternative 'plates' this weekend.The whole machine is well made and easy to clean, inside and out. I recommend it for small households.
