I’ve been using Inno Shred for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say I’m seeing a difference. I’ve got more energy during workouts and my appetite feels more under control. It doesn’t give me the crazy jitters like some fat burners do, which I appreciate. Still early in my journey, but so far it feels like a solid addition to my routine.

I like the way my body’s reactions to this Fat Burner! I don’t get the jitters at all, I do feel the burn when I take it and increases my metabolism. It’s also an appetite suppressant so I don’t even feel hungry until dinner. Definitely recommend :)

I wanted to wait for the full 30 days to give my review.First, I’m a 37 year old female, 5ft and started this 30 days at 131lbs. I have the body type of “she definitely works out but isn’t one to turn down a cookie/taco” or whatever meme you want to reference. I workout 4 days a week by running 5 miles and then doing a 30-45 min Sydney Cummings- houdyshell workout video. The other 3 days I work long shifts in healthcare so my rest is more important to me.I only bought the innoshred and the night shred.I did not buy the cleanse bc I read multiple reviews that you still go to the bathroom plenty and I go daily as I am regular. Bc of the shred I am going up to 5x a day and all before noon.I also get these long winded farts in the mid afternoon but it’s probably I have nothing left in my bowels.I do like that I’m not jittery and it does suppress your appetite. I’m eating 2 small meals and virtually no in between snacking. Also not craving any sweetsI really wanted to love the night shred bc there was so many positive reviews. It normally takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep so I am falling asleep within the hour. I do get about 4 hours of deep deep sleep but from2a-4a I’m tossing and turning and after 4 I’mBack into the deep sleep and then my alarm goes off. I’m way more groggy and takes me longer to wake up bc of the night shred. It also makes me sleep hotter than I already do. My husband says he can feel my body heat radiating to his side of the bed and we’re turning the AC cooler to compensate for it.I did lose 5lbs so I’m now 126 but for the excessive pooping, and groggy, hot sleep, I don’t feel like these are for me. I have already ordered something else to try

I feel a bit more energetic without feeling jittery, and my appetite feels more suppressed. I have lost about 3lbs in about 3.5 weeks, which is a huge win!

Been taking this about a week. I think it's helping, however lots of side effects for me! It drains my energy and severe upset stomach/diarrhea.
