Complete B for Energy that is not an understatement! It really is complete, I tend to to have chronic fatigue and since I've been taking this supplement I have Energy to give:) I even bought a bottle for my Mom...I love that it's whole food based! Can't say enough thinks about it! It is by far the best out there:)

This is a vitamin. It will take at least a couple months before I can make a commentMy hair was thinning. I have been taking this vitamin for at least 5 months now. I can notice my hair is fuller AND my hairdresser can see new hair growth! I plan on continuing to take these vitamins. Dorothy

Yes, this product, is proven to be quite effective in meeting my needs. It has quieted down the tingling I experienced in my leg and arm, as a result of an injury I experienced.
