I did my first treatment at the salon and then bought this kit to do a few follow up applications at home. (I already have a gel lamp at home so that part was easy) It makes a huge difference in how strong my nails are, as well as texture and color. I use it under at home gel manicures when I get around to doing them, but you can also buff the curred treatment up to a nice shine that looks just as pulled together and healthy.

excellent for my brittle nails

Wow! Was I ever surprised. I have worn acrylic nails for decades and I finally decided that I really needed to remove them for good. The problem is that after I soaked the acrylic nails off, my real nails were very thin, peeling, brittle and split easily. After one IBX treatment, the nails are definitely stronger and no longer splitting.The downside is that after the treatment kit was delivered, I discovered that a nail dryer AND LED/UV light is required. You can use a 100 watt light bulb in place of a nail dryer, but I decided to use my hair dryer instead. I bought an inexpensive UV LED light and was ready to go. Instead of the recommended nail sanitizer Cinnatize (that I couldn't find anywhere) I used rubbing alcohol. You DO need to use lint free wipes since toilet paper squares and paper towels leave paper lint - I tried both. I recommend going IBX's website (shown in their instructions) and watch the videos on how to use the product for the best results. The real bonus is the oil which has a very pleasant smell and absorbs into the nails and skin. I applied the oil completely covering my nail and surrounding skin and sat back for 15 minutes to allow it to absorb.The entire treatment really does work. My nails feel so much stronger and no longer bend, are no longer brittle or split and no longer peel.

I HAD great nails until I went to nail salon to fix a broken nail. Before you can say STOP, I had a full set of dip nails. Never again! It took at least three months for them to begin to show a little life. I began using the IBX system about a month ago and I can already see major improvement. I will continue using this forever and I bet I will have less breakage. I do it myself and it’s not that difficult. I am very happy with this product.UPDATE: I still love this product , BUT: never ever , NEVER EVER use this on the underside of your nails. I did and all my nails almost were damaged beyond repair. I just thought it was a good idea but, please do NOT use IBX this way. Fortunately, my nails are now on the mend.

Too expensive for the size but it does workIn keeping your nails healthy ladies *I do my own nails so that leaves my nails brittle and breaking but this stuff gives them back their strength. Took a very long time to get here tho

Did not work at all

Month later my nails look much healthier and stronger! I love the product and will keep using it.I found out about IBX years ago, but was super skeptical. I decided to give a chance to the system after my nails were manicured at one of the salons where master almost peeled off my natural nails and camouflaged it with actinic powder. Result is after one use. Maybe it doesn’t look impressive, but my nails are much less sensitive and much smoother. I will keep posting the progress.
