This works well for. My belly was bloated, heavy and almost stiff. After taking by day 3 I saw noticeable changes. Even my husband has noticed. My belly is not bloated, stiff and heavy anymore. It's softer and flatter. I love it.

Detoxed without overwhelming my sensitive digestive system. Used it according to the instructions, worked very well for me. Saw the result after the first pill! Increasing to 3 pills was too much so I turned back to 2) The size of pills is ok, easy to swallow, and there are many of them in the package, so I bottle lasts for a couple of cleanses. I also purchase 2 bottles at the Walgreens nearby for my mom because she loved this detox so much and we started the cleansing together. I detox and work out then put on my waist trainer it makes my stomach feel flat, no bloating and unlike some detox even after using it for a while it still works great and still do everything it’s supposed to. I would recommend taking it at home , or at night before going to bed. Don’t take it if you’re going to be out and about because when you have to go lol you have to go!!!

It does work.My suggestions:Don't ever do pills! LolI did as instructed on the box; 1 pill day 1&2, 2 pills day 3&4 and 3 pills 5&6. I did however not do the 3 pills on day 6 only on day 5 because day 5 when I took 3 as directed, it started to work within 3hrs. I thought I would get sleep before it started. The days prior it allowed me to sleep for 6-8hrs before reacting. Also, the days before taking the pills were smooth. It provided a warning on all days even the day I took 3 pills, so it's not like you had to run to the restroom. Slight cramping for about a minute, and about 2 bowels each day when waking and maybe another one later, except with the 3 pills. 3 pills caused very uncomfortable cramping 😫 and it lasted about 30mins. Afterwards, I was able to sleep thru the a.m.You will lose 10lbs . I'd recommend. I've tried others and couldn't handle the 1st day and never continued. I highly advise WATER! I did not drink hardly on a couple of days and woke up w/a headache from dehydration.It has 14 pills in the box, so I'm assuming the directions are incorrect and you should take 2 for 7 days...this is ideal anyways.

In reading these reviews, it seems like there is a wide range of reactions. I’ve done several cleanses in the past but this one messed me up! It was great for the first 3-4 days but last night and the night before I was up for hours with horrible stomach pain. I reduced to 2 pills last night but had the same reaction. So I won’t be continuing the cleanse.

Wow! if you want a real cleanse, I highly recommend this. day 5-7 really had things going. I recommend planning those days to be comfortable (for me that means at home). But, wow! do i feel amazing after day 7. Love that it's enough for 3 cleanses. I'm thinking once every few months when things feel like they are getting backed up. Yes, there is some cramping, but I expect that when you're "making yourself go", but nothing worse than I expected or unbearable.

I typically don’t write reviews on things but I feel like this one needed it. It did not work for me at all but give me stomach cramp and made me so bloated. It actually made me constipated more than anything. From some who goes everyday regularly I thought it would make it a smoother transition but made it more difficult. I drink a gallon of water a day I was peeing like crazy but the other one was not happening the way in though it would. I felt super bloated all the time. The first day I tried one pill, felt nothing different, second two, and nothing but stomach cramps, nothing GI different, day three I tried three and again just stomach cramps (NIGHTMARE!) woke me up at 2/3 am just tryin to go but only experienced pain and bloating. Not what I expected at all. I’ve tried multiple cleanses in the past and to be honest the best one is a juice cleanse. Very disappointed. Will never purchase again.
