This is a great toaster. Well worth the cost. Easy to use and easy to clean. Beautifully rich red color.

The toaster is intelligently designed. The openings can handle virtually any size or thickness of toast. The fact that it's touchless makes it even simpler to use, which is saying something considering it's a toaster. Very even Browning. A great value for the money.

Great toaster but one weakness i had to solve it by buying toaster tongs. When toasting English or mini bagels, grabbing them after they are done, will cause toaster to burn you.

...this one will make you happy. High quality, should last many years. Has a doorbell chime when finished. Has all necessary buttons and ten settings controlled by a lever. Toasts muffins, bagels and bread. Very well packed to arrive damage free. IMHO, this is one of those products where you're getting what you pay for. It's built like a tank.

Bought this to replace a cheap toaster and was surprised at how nice it is. It also matches the my wife’s blender mixer thing. She loves it as well.

For a high end toaster this one is a loser.The toaster automatically drops the first piece of bread into the toasting area whether you want it to or not. It doesn’t wait for the second piece. What if you don’t want to toast the bread just yet? Too bad.The other thing that is bothersome is that there’s no handle or lever to pop the toasted (hot) bread up to where you can grab it. You have to risk life and limb by sticking a knife or fork into there, which my experiments as a child yielded a don’t do it answer.For a very expensive toaster this model fails on multiple fronts.

I live this line. It's absolutely Beautiful. It matches my Teapot and my hand held Blender. Now to get them to make a coffee pot with a SS Carafe in the same color
