Best B Complex or B vitamin I have ever used. I truly feel better and more energetic which makes me feel like my body is actually absorbing the vitamin. I used this brand 15 years ago and had blood work done that showed levels of elevated B. I am pleasantly surprised to find the brand has maintained their quality. It was well packaged, reasonably priced and delivered on time.

I've been taking this for more than 10 years and get fairly prompt physical evidence whenever I've not taken it for 3 or 4 weeks. Little indented vertical lines begin to be noticeable above my upper lip. Fortunately they also disappear within a month of adding it back into my diet. I'm sure it's doing other good things for my body, but I'd never stop taking it just to keep my face looking more youthful.
