I use this to help me breath a little easier. It's a little on the strong side, I like it that way and put some underneath my nose to help breathing.

Good aroma, relaxing and calming.

Use it for burns, muscle pain, rashes, bug bites, cuts, poison ivy, itching, etc. When catching a cold, been exposed to one, rub some on throat and glands area and put up nose as aromatherapy. Haven’t had cold or flu in over 50 years even after exposure. Have used it after Covid exposure..so far, so good. Definitely buy it and keep some in purse also.

I love Olbas oil. I don't have a sense of smell so I can't really comment on that, but it does ease sore muscles and ease cold & flu symptoms. In fact last time I had the flu I was about covered head-to-toe to fight muscle pains and ease nausea.I know it's a bit on the pricey side, but this stuff is absolute gold in my opinion.I will caution you against using it on a pillow or too close to your eyes (temples for a headache is pushing it too) because it will sting your eyes like cutting an onion. Just be careful and you'll LOVE this stuff as much as I do!

update: upped from 3 to 4. this still doesn’t work for me as a ‘cold medication’ oil / decongest-or but, wow does it feel good on bottom back of my head and upper neck area right now (where you wake up achy when your pillow stinks)!! it was easy to get through my hair to my scalp without a mess and i can still feel its cooling affect on my scalp great and i swear the swollen knot has gone down too and quickly at that!! feels better than bengay or that biofreeze and worked much faster.i didn’t get all the hype after i received this, yes it smells great and yes it cools your nostrils and your throat when you breathe it in but, it literally did nothing at decongesting anything! my regular mystic menthol oil mixed with an equal amount of NOW eucalyptus oil, does a much better job, it at least almost does work every time within a couple minutes and when it doesn’t on bad AM stuffed up days sticking my finger into my freshly made coffee (caffeine version) and rubbing the coffee up around my nose once or twice does works even better and a lot better than this Olbas version for that matter. I know that sounds nasty to do but, try it once, it really works for me and rids of the sinus pressure because the warmth & caffeine shrinks your sinuses!! Anyhow i decided to order this well spoken of Olbas oil instead of ordering more mystic menthol from UK and it was a mistake, i should of read more reviews to see that this is a new formula and not the well loved version that worked!! recommend a good strong menthol like mystic’s instead.

I’ve been using olbas for decades for decongesting myself and my massage clients. 🦠 I put a little drop inside my face masks to fight the stuffiness of wearing the mask. Be careful not to put too much. You won’t be able to wear the mask. It will evaporate though and the mask will be usable again. To decongest quickly put a couple drops in your palm. Vigorously rub/friction your palms together quickly then tent your palms tightly over your nose and inhale. Intense! Be sure to check the ingredients Incase you are allergic to any of them.

My family has used Olbas for a few generations before I was born and I grew up using Olbas to unblock my nose when I had a cold, flu,, hayfever - help with a sore throat, a headache, migraine, muscle pain, etc. This is the first thing that I reach for and it always helps!Over the years I have used it on the next generations of my family and introduced many friends to it and everyone that I have introduced it to has become a keen user of Olbas as well!Put a few drops onto the edge of your pillow at night, or onto a hanky, or diffuse it - and breathe comfortably again.

Be careful to check the size when you order this product - different vendors sell differently sized bottles and some of them are very tiny.You can use this as a rub for tired and aching muscles, or to help with breathing and congestion. I find that if i put a drop last thing at night on the upper lip or on the collar i wear, just before going into the cage, i sleep much better.It works better than the "vicks" competitor and is natural.

As always the Olbas oil is fantastic for any number of remedies. It shipped without difficulty.
