Old roller case? Don't replace it, fix it.
I have an large old Samsonite roller (spinner) case. One of the original TSA cases, so not quite 20 years old. Older case with only 4 wheels rather than the 8 many new ones have, so they carry more weight on each wheel. The rubber on the original wheels had disintegrated, making the suitcase impossible to roll, and unusable. These wheels fit perfectly, look good and work great. Removal of the old wheels was a bit challenging, I had to saw the axles off. I don't think Samsonite ever though the wheels would need to be replaced. Heads up- in my case, it was easier to work on the wheels with each wheel assembly removed from the suitcase. I had to cut through the liner to get to the screws, and removed all 4 wheel assemblies. That made working on them a lot easier. I started with a dremel, but that created a lot of heat and took a long time. I was concerned about melting the plastic parts. A handheld jigsaw cut the axle much faster. Once the old wheels were removed, attaching the new wheels was simple. There were 2 sizes of axle, so you could pick the one that best fit your hardware. Reattached the wheels to my suitcase, mended the liner with tape, and the suitcase rolls like new. Actually these wheels are a better rubber material than original (more akin to mini rollerblade wheels than say, caster wheels) so I think it rolls better than new. The suitcase is a large roller case (max size- 50 lbs), loaded to just below capacity (so it was heavy), and was then used on a cross country plane trip, rolled through airports & parking garages, survived baggage handling, transferred from plane to plane, and the wheels worked perfect the entire time. Rolled smoothly through and out of the airport. It restored usefulness to a good suitcase, so the money spent and time taken to fix was worth it. More money to spend on vacation, since I didn't need a new suitcase!

Easy to replace the broken wheels
The luggage wheels have been used for my broken luggage legs. They are easy to use to replace the broken wheels. They are smooth and fit the universal wheels. But please make sure for single wheel leg.

Good luggage wheel replacement
This company has MANY different size and configurations of wheels. I chose their smallest size and a 4 wheel set up. I have an old luggage that have 2 solid blocks/feet and 2 WIDE barrel shape wheels. The feet to help the suit case to stand & the wheels to pull along. The wheels are falling apart. I measured the width & 2 of these 4 wheels are the same width as 1 of the old barrel shaped wheels. I put 2 wheels on each corner side with washers on the outside of the wheels and 1 washer in-between the 2 wheels to stop any friction. And everything is working pretty good so far....

Great Upgrade, Oscillating Multi-Tool makes installation much easier
These wheels are a great way to recycle otherwise fine luggage whose wheels are messed up. The biggest challenge I found was removing the old rivets from the suitcase to put on these wheels. Once on though, the suitcase rolls like new and these don't seem to leave any rubber markings on the floor, unlike my old worn-out wheels did.I tried various tools to remove the rivets of the old suitcase wheels, which seemed like an especially hard metal. First I tried a sawzall, which I quickly turned off after it bit into the plastic too much and was too unwieldy. I then tried a hacksaw, which felt a bit dangerous and after spending a long time with it (counting over 50 strong passes), I barely made any progress. After stepping away from it for a bit, I pulled out my oscillating multi-tool with a bi-metal blade and it made very quick, easy and relatively safe work of the job. Suitcase is now as good as new!

Wheels Fit Solo Laptop Bag - BUT Screws do not
The wheels are great - but sadly the little screws do not fit - they are too short. BUT I went to Ace and got some screws and locking nuts, and not i'm in business! The wheels are durable and smooth and quiet. Great fit for your rolling luggage or laptop bag that needs some new wheels.

Gave new life to my Samsonite luggage
My Samsonite luggage wasn’t very old and in great shape, but one of the wheels locked up while traveling and wore down from being dragged. It didn’t make sense to throw the luggage away for a wheel, and I couldn’t find a direct replacement, but I found these! The wheels are much better than what I had and weren’t difficult to install. I’ve traveled to many places since putting these on and my luggage is a good as new. Highly recommend.
