I bought this coconut flour for making nutri bars at home and yes it was a delight. It is very fine just like a flour. It even excludes the back portion of the coconut i.e. the dark brown part. No wonder my chocolate bars came out tasting yummy.The packet was nicely packed. And Yes I have to agree they are costly compared to others but a different experience altogether.

Contrary to belief that amazon products are really good, yes they but not all. First the NutriVault started to smoke n stopped working in seconds now the coconut flour is tasteless. No flavours at all.
