this is a good lumbar spine fixator, however, I wish they came in size small also, I find medium too big for me. also don't use it for more than a couple of hours as constant muscle compression can do harm to your muscles by blocking blood supply

Good product but design could hv been better. The stiffening member are thin n does not adequately support the back. Could modify with additional stffning members or wider stiffening members for better back support..

Returned it right after I got it, doesnt feel as good as most of the others in the market, in terms of the support it gives the lower back. But this is just a personal opinion and might be different based on your issue.

The belt is ok, but if you are a male, then take a size up. Husband ordered size M, but the M is really fitting medium sized woman, not a man.The belt itself is nice, no issues with that. But because of the size, its rarely that we actually get to use it as intended.

My honest opinion is that this belt could be designed better. It works but the straps that tightened over the top of the belt to provide the extra tension need to be overlapped with my belt. (Not Because I brought the wrong size. I’m a 36” waste and got a large). It’s just a bad design. I ended up by the more expensive belt called clever yellow. It’s was far superior to this one. The straps are made to a higher standard and don’t need to over lap.If your looking for a cheap belt to provide support here and there this is the one. But if you need to wear it all day while at work pay the extra money and get the better belt.Just my honest opinion due to owning both belts and feeling the more expensive clever yellow one is a far better quality design

This is serious value for money (I paid £8.49). I have had lower back issues for many years. I use mine under my top when exercising and it has made a world of difference. Running and lifting used to be quite painful but this little beauty gives great support but not in a restrictive way. I love it and use it all the time. If you're doing heavy lifting you'll still need proper belt but this item for less than £10 gives confidence and support for all activities short of heavier lifts. Definitely recommend.

If you get the right size it is excellent. This was recommended by my chiropodist to help with lower back damage. Don't use it all the time or your muscles will get weak.It is easy to use, comfortable and well made.Does it help?Yes, it is not a cure, just a tool.How it helps:1. Supports the muscles2. Keeps the muscles warm and therefore less likely to spasm or pull3. Keeps you conscious of your back, not to make unwise moves.It may also prevent further damage by supporting the back - but that is just my opinion

Use these at the gym for body pump and circuits and at home if my back begins to ache. They do protect and support very well during classes. As I need to wear them for lower back support they can fold up around the front so positioning the two support straps is important for comfort. I have recommended these to someone else who has similar issues and they rave about it. They have found that it caused slight skin irritation but nothing severe.I am very pleased with the product as it offers me much better support than my old one. Would not hesitate to buy again.

If you are ordering this item make sure it is the correct size as it's non-returnable, I ordered it based on the waist size and it is too small. So now I'm stuck with a useless back support which can't be used, gave it one star as I could not give it nil, not impressed with the customer service on this item.

I’ve had many back braces and I wouldn’t recommend this one particularly. Ive had three spinal surgeries and several braces fitted over the years. Firstly be aware if you order it you can’t return it or so I’ve just been informed...... not happy with that at all! Secondly the sizes are not accurate. I got a dressmaker tape and measured myself well and the item was very very small fit with no give at all..... tried to initiate a return to be told item is not returnable .... went back to the page and there is no mention of this when advertising.

I brought this after hurting my back twice in one week and knew I needed something to help support my lower back while I went back to work. This does the job! I can feel the difference instantly once I put it on. The only annoyance I have is how sweaty it can get wearing it but thats the only downside. Its great value for money and I honestly cannot fault it.

I'm a size 12 to 14 but I bought the large & it's perfect. I've got sciatica & it gives support. I can really recommend this, it's well made & a really good price.

I bought this because I started to suffer with lumber of my back and the pain got chronic. I didn't want any time off work so I got this and at first it didn't seem to work then after wearing it about 2 or 3 days it started to help and now nearly a week later my back pain has got a lot better I am still in discomfort but nothing like it was this lumber support is great I recommend it.

This seems to be excellent value for the price, just as good as the one it was replacing from a well known high Street store that cost three times more.Will it offer support in times of need yes, will it take away back pain, no, nothing will.In terms of size, I'm a 32" waist, bought the large, fits perfectly, doubt the medium would have gone round me!Well worth it, excellent value.

This is great, I often get lower back pain from a bad posture and this just feels so supportive and I’ve had way less pain. It’s comfortable to be worn for a long time and feels fine under or over clothes. Deffo recommend if you have a bad back, don’t know if it’s supposed to help posture but I do feel like it helps keep my back straighter when wearing.

Working from home in the current situation and my back is in bits ( suffer with sciatica) so I ordered one of these to see if it would help with the pain. Day 1 of using it, I had it on all day whilst sitting at my home office desk/chair and by the time I had finished at 5pm when I am normally in agony, I had no pain at all for the first time in 4 weeks, since working from home. I love it and hope it continues.

Takes a while to get it to sit comfortably - but with perseverance it can be done. Put it on the minute my back began to hurt and it fixed the problem before it had time to become unbearable! I have two areas of my spine that are disintegrating due to osteo arthritis and a compression fracture of one vertebrae and this is proving to be a life saver, not to mention that, for the money it is a real bargain.

Delivery was very fast and it’s a very comfortable back support. I only scored the pain relief lower because it would never be able to stop my pain, it is however enabling me to exercise with much more comfort, definitely worth having.

A well made belt that is deep enough to cover a good part of the lower back. Velcro seems to be good quality. I wear it for gardening and n it gives me good protection. Not too uncomfortable, although obviously in hot weather you get very warm. Very happy with the product and the price.I bought large for both myself and my husband and they adjust fine (I am a size 14).
