The best part first: There was a number inside the box that you could text for a free bottle. I just had to text my address and they sent it right away. I didn't have to show that I'd done a review or anything.I got this because I had surgery, anemia, and a change in hormones all at once and wound up with telogen effluvium - my hair started falling out like crazy. I'm not sure if it was the product or just clearing up all those stressors, but my hair has now stopped falling out! Such a relief! TBH, I feel like it was probably eliminating the stressors that helped since it's supposed to take three months for biotin to work and it's only been about two. And I think it's more for regrowth than it is for hair loss. I will continue to use it to help regrow all that hair I already lost.The bottle and dropper are high quality and easy to use.The only drawback is that it says to rub it into the affected spot for two minutes. That would be a real pain. I used it on several spots, so it would have taken a LOT of rubbing in, which I was not really willing to do. So I parted my hair in different places and applied it in the part and just rubbed it in briefly.Good luck! I know how stressful hair loss can be!

Been using this product for two weeks now. No visible results yet but I am optimistic. For the twice a day use I would recommend getting the bigger bottles. It’s not greasy or sticky, doesn’t have any strong smell nor does it leave residue on pillows.

The media could not be loaded. My hair has been thinning since my early 20s. It got worse when I hit my mid-20s. Not only did I suffer from hair loss, I also had an unbearably itchy scalp and bad dandruff. Add to the mess, sebum plugs. My mom suggested I take Viviscal supplements - no improvement only horrible diarrhea. I looked to other supplements only to receive the same results. Finally, I consulted with a Dermatologist who recommended I washed my hair daily and apply Rogaine. I was even prescribed topical medicine. Both the medicine and doctor proved to be useless. The only good thing that came out of the appointment was washing my hair daily and Rogaine. I originally used the liquid form of Rogaine but it irritated my scalp so I switched to the foam. At first, I saw new hair growing only for it to fall. Rogaine wasn't solving my issue it was just slowing it down. These past few months my hairline was receding, especially in the corner. I was becoming increasingly insecure. I didn't want to look at my reflection. I didn't want to comb my hair to see how much I was losing. I started to hallucinate that the top of my head was bald. I researched months about hairloss: was I lacking certain minerals? Is my hormones out of balance? Did I have a disease? I was desperate to try anything. I continued my search on Amazon and found this inexpensive product. I thought "why not?" Two weeks of using it I noticed the hair on top of head wasn't as thin even though I continued to lose a lot of hair (probably growing new hair). Even when I stopped using it for a week my hair continued to thicken - and I only apply once a day. I'm a firm believer that if a product doesn't work within a month it's not going to improve in 6 months. Why waste money for so long on a product that doesn't work? And last month I went through some stressful events that caused me more hair loss. Yet, I'm on my second bottle and I continue to see improvement.I'm cautiously optimistic for now. I'll see how this will play out in the future.**UPDATE**WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PRODUCT?!The first two bottles I ordered had amber liquid. The next two bottles I ordered have this pale pink color. On top of that, what are these particles I see swimming in the syringe?! They look like dirt and pieces of trash. They aren't helping me with my hair at all. Unless some scammer is shipping these products, the company needs to investigate.
