Don’t order without checking part number
I ordered clutch cable for mower but very shortly after order realised that part number was different to that advertised. I messaged the supplier straight away and they asked me for year and said I needed a different cable. I presumed they changed my delivery and I fitted the one which came as it looked the same as existing. However it turned out they hadn’t. They offered to exchange but I wasn’t going to strip down the mower again and pay the postage. Seems to do the job anyway.Morale of this story - don’t order without contacting company in advance to verify part number.
