UPDATED: EXTRA STAR FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE---(Original): No Good, Buyer's Remorse
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The DPI is not adjustable on this, nor does it look anything like this. I received a white mouse, and it's more curved as a traditional mouse, not like the one in the product photo. The one I have acts like it's tired sometimes, even with fresh batteries. Addtionally, the one I received requires 2 AAA batteries, not 1. The only reason I didn't return it is because my old Logitech was dying and I needed a new inexpensive mouse right away. I regret buying this and don't plan on buying this brand again.UPDATED REVIEW: In an effort toward transparency, I'm leaving my original review along with my updated review with my explanation for the additional star (making it three stars). While my original impression of the mouse itself still stands, there is something to be said for proactive and responsive customer service. A few weeks after my original review, I had received an apologetic email, with an offer to refund and replace my original mouse, along with a response in the comments section beneath my review from the company without having reached out to them at all regarding my experience with this mouse, with no request for me to amend my review, which speaks of integrity on the company's part. I am not going to move forward with a refund or a replacement, but did feel that the proactive response from the company deserved some recognition, as frankly, it is rare in this day and age to have a company do this. The mouse is still functioning, and is operating with basic mouse functions (left/right clicks, scroll wheel). Because I take customer service, if ever needed, into account with my overall impression of a product, I have added one star to my original two star review. I have a bit more confidence with possibly buying from this company in the future (whereas before I wouldn't) knowing that their customers' experiences actually do matter to them well after the purchase has been made.

This mouse is not worth the money spent...
This mouse has devoured three batteries since I took delivery of it on September 5th, 2018. The tracking on this thing is horrendous. It skips, it stalls, and, sometimes, it does nothing at all. The buttons sometimes click when you press them, and, sometimes, not so much. And, the wheel? Sometimes it works as advertised, and, sometimes, you can turn it till your tired of messing with it, and, the page your trying to scroll down stays put. I would not take this mouse if they were giving it away free. The only positive thing I can say about it is, it was an easy installation. The one and ONLY reason it gets two stars is because of that easy install. After that? Don't get me started...

I wanted a silent mouse...
+ This mouse is quiet. I don't have to worry about disturbing those sleeping when in my home office or disturbing coworkers in the office.+ The buttons and wheel all work smoothly for me, so no complaints there.> Comfortability = meh.I'm not feeling like this was designed ergonomically or for comfort...it is a basic mouse that does the job.+ Almost all surfaces I use have a pattern, so the laser seems to track well.+ Under $7 at the time of ordering. Awesome!+ I'm using a rechargeable AA battery and have not had any problems with the mouse working or the battery draining too fast after a week of use.I'll be sure to update this review if after a month or two I have a different experience, similar to some of the 3-star or 1-star reviews. For now, it is totally meeting my needs.

lightweight
It is what you would expect from a mouse. There is no on/off switch but it does go to sleep. There is a slot for the usb in the battery compartment. The usb goes in easily enough but it's not easy to pull it out. It has fallen off my desk twice and once the battery compartment cover came off but the mouse works fine. It is lightweight. After a few days of use, the sangee logo on top of the mouse started to wear off, doesn't affect the mouse at all, but just weird that the wording came off so quickly. It didn't cost much so it will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

Not perfect, but a decent value for the price.
The flat shape of the mouse is good for sore fingers & the silent buttons are a great feature, but I found something about the mouse (maybe the plastic?) to be a bit stiff and unsuitable for heavy use. I work in an office all day and usually rotate between several different mice throughout the day. I've tried them all from the expensive Evoluent to the mid=range ball mouse to the cheapest of the cheap wired mouse. Overall, this is one of the better cheap mice out there.

Neat little mouse
I did not think I would like a wireless mouse, but I like this one. Bought it out of desperation and a need to cut back on the number of wires on my desk. It is smooth, quiet, and has a comfortable feel. The battery life is amazing, considering how much use it gets between online school and gaming. No connection issues or problems setting it up.

A Life Changer
The thing I love the most about this mouse is how easy it makes my life! I had another mouse which, whenever I bumped it, would turn my computer on again. It was so frustrating, along with other things, that I decided to finally break down and buy a new mouse. This one has a slight delay in connecting to the computer at first, which means that minor bumps do not automatically turn on my computer. There is a wonderful middle button on mine which I can press, which activates the mouse and turns on my computer instantly, and I just love it. This will be the best 6 Bucks you ever spend on a mouse :)

Excellent when works great customer support.
I ordered 32 for my lab. Out of 32 less than half still work. Those that still work are sucking down batteries. Now that the return window closed I have 6 more that do not work. So disappointed I wasted my money. It had such good ratings when I purchased. Very unhappy. Students are unhappy. Company refunded me. Thank you great customer support.
