SQ Professional Ultimate Carbon Steel Wok 34cm with Helper Handle

Absolutely love this wok!! Larger than expected, but for someone like me who's a messy stir fryer, its ideal and plenty of room for an amount of food to feed 4 adults with a very healthy appetite. I've used plenty of woks over the years, and a lot of them don't get hot enough, so end up steaming the meat instead of frying. This one however, does exactly what it's meant to and gets lovely and hot. It's a good heavy, sturdily made pan that cleans with just a wipe with a soft sponge or kitchen roll.

Wow! This IS a high quality wok. It's a good size and heavy too. A dream to clean, unlike previous woks that go rusty. An absolute bargain for the price paid. Highly recommended!!

Bought it in Nov 20 and only after 5 months of use the handle cracked and the coating wears off. Contacted the sell for a replacement but was told that there is no warranty. Therefore i don't suggest buying it as i don't think it is acceptable to not offer warranty for an everyday kitchen product.

This is a fine wok pan, which I don't use more often only because of how hard it is to clean (due to the huge size). Never disappointed me so far, but a word to the wise - it really is very large and will outsize most regular oven cooking tops.

I don't know if it was just me, but this pan started oxidising within days of use. Very disappointing. The price here unfortunately reflects the quality. I have an oven/stock pot from them that a friend gave me (and so I do not know the price) which is absolutely fantastic. This Wok had to be thrown out within a few uses as I didn't feel it was very hygienic having to keep wiping rust off of it to use. Wouldn't buy again, better of spending an extra £20 and getting a ceramic one (which I have now done). Was not fit for purpose for me at all. This product did arrive quickly and well packaged hence the 2 stars.

What a great product for the money, much better than expected for the price was looking at more expensive ones and thought would go for this one, happy I did.
