My middle daughter does "flexi boarding" at her school one night/ week. She has been taking her toothbrush, comb, dental floss etc in an airline bag I got for free when I used to travel Business Class for work (ah, the Good old Days!) Dear Daughter will now be able take her favourite Mason & Pearson hairbrush. And see the small pockets on the side, for individual items? DD can also slide some small bottles of mouthwash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in there.The interior is waterproof but so is the exterior, and it's great the checkerboard "canvas" can just be wiped clean, as it is sure to get plenty of use in the coming years.The white letter has a collegiate, "letterman" feel which is fun for a school girl and the golden sequins give a hint of bling. I do worry that the fuzzy white M (initial of her first name) might start to look grubby over time and I not sure if this can be placed inside a delicates bag and run through the washing machine. We shall see, I guess.

Various colours & various letters & a decent size 23x17x10cms, makes this a very jolly little make-up/trinket bag.It's very eye-pleasing & well made. It's not garish, with a chequerboard design. The letter (of your choice), is stitched on for a nice finish.The outer zip is quite robust, with little pockets inside. Easy to clean, inside & out incase of any spills.Aimed at teenagers, it would make an ideal gift. It has a realistic price of approx £10.

It is nice to have something personalised with your initial as hopefully in a large family it saves things being “borrowed!” This bag comes in an unbranded box and then in a plastic bag to protect it and it arrived in perfect condition. It is a pretty mint green and white chequerboard design with a white and gold initial letter and a double ended zip. I like that both the interior and exterior are wipe clean.It is 23cm x 17cm x 10cm and can hold a decent amount of items without being too bulky. For me I find it ideal for makeup but you could use it for toiletries, hair accessories, sewing items, first aid or medication etc. inside there is one main compartment with a pocket on one side and five smaller pockets on the other. If I was being picky (which I am!) I would perhaps have a zip pocket inside the bag but it’s no huge issue.I think this bag is great value for money and is ideal for holding various items both at home and when travelling. I also think it would make a good present for various age groups from pre teens upwards.

This water resistant bag is a good size, with internal lining, a decent zip and internal side pockets. The zip travels down almost the the bottom of each side, allowing the bag to be opened wide to easily access its contents. The bag's checkered pattern is quite attractive, just a shame that where the sides meet the strip along the zip the patterning is not aligned. There is no internal zipped pocket, which I am informed is a must for a make up bag.This is an attractive and well made bag, with room to pack plenty of small items.
