Well built. Does not look or feel cheap. Does vaccuuming and mopping rather well. Graduating from a non-self-emptying bot, this one is surely a life saver. With a dog at home, i dont have to clean the bot daily. Once a week or twice is good to keep it clean.The app is well made and very clearly articulates any issues like main roller jam, nose wheen jam. or dust bag full or fresh water tank empty etc., There are plenty of options to configure the cleaning. In addition to the usual room selection, virtual walls, no go zones etc., we can also configure double vaccuuming, suction strength and standard vs comprehensive mopping etc., works well too.Spares are rather expensive. Even the dust bag costs almost 1000 per piece. With a dog at home, i end up using one bag each month.The main roller brush is supposed to be tangle-free. Take it with a container-ship load of salt. It picks up long hair (women's) and it still gets tangled in the main roller. They are all bunched up in the center or corners and my main brush roller has taken much abuse and cuts from this tangled hair. Have to live with that.Also, you have to clean the bot depending on how much dirty/dusty your floors are. Though the bot does a fantastic cleaning job, the bot and tank do get dirty since it handles all the cleaned dirt.It consumes water(only RO water) appropriately and i dont see any over use. You need a 15 amps plug to use it. The mop drier /heater consumes slightly higher power.

Have been using it since few days now, pretty good results.Home Mapping is very good, the water tanks and all parts very neatly separated.Easy installation and wuick start, the ecovacs app as well is very stable and well polished!Coming to the core functionality, it does pretty good work of vaccuming and mopping, plus the mops are being cleaned time to time automatically with hot air.Above all the features like video calling are bonus! Now i can keep an eye on my pet when not home.As well as there’s option to add cleaning solutions.On the navigation part the bot is very easily able to detect walls, obstacles, and does navigate pretty well even by detecting things that it can go over.I even had gotten a call from their team explaining all the functionality & doubts about cleaning the bot all were clearly explained looks like the only part that majorly needs to be replaced is the dust bag inside the station which anyways is big enough would last longer leading to less purchases, the mopping pads as mentioned are machine washable.Few feedbacks which I would like to mention:- While Controlling the bot remotely via video call the controls are on-screen buttons better if those get converted to proper sliding joystick control- One of the curtains in my house has like only 5cm gap from floor while others have more gap the bot thinks that 5cm curtain as a obstacle / wall and doesn’t go beyond by pushing the curtain while other places it cleans like usual up-till the actual wall.- The bot should be able to differenciate between dry floor vs wet floor while vaccuming, imagine if I’m not home and it’s set to vaccume & mop mode and the pet had peed or there was water spilled over, the bot will try to first vaccume it which would lead to damage and void warranty as well. If it can detect liquid and mop it first in that situation would be better.
