The pasta tastes amazing and is super light! Experimented with various different recipes, only without all the guilt for everyone who ate it. Can't have a more win-win situation when it comes to pasta!

Was amazed that a non maida pasta can be this tasty. Whenever I order some non maida pasta, they don’t absorb the sauce very well. This one felt so juicy and flavourful, only without the guilt. I made red sauce and it was fantatsic. Must try!!
