I am so disappointed with this product!!! I am expecting a lot from a reputable seller, but after less than 6 months from the date of purchase, this product is not functional anymore! I cannot use it, in anyway possible. It went dead! Also, it made our circuit breaker tripped. When I checked the cause of the trip, it was this product. It was short circuit.I just hope the seller will contact me or replace the item. I am waiting for your response.

I got this to use for my baby’s bottles. I love it it is quick to heat up and is beautiful on my counter top. My only issue is I wish it had more common temperatures like 98, 104 and the ml is okay because even if you set it at 5oz which converts to 150ml, once it starts dispenses, press the lever to the right once your about to meet your desired amount it will stop so for ex desired amount such as 3oz or 4oz. Hope that helps and I usually use 113 for the bottles to dissolve formula because 77 isn’t hot enough but 113 is just a lil too hot 104 would be perfect if they had it on here. Other than that it’s easy to use and great quality! 2L capacity, I refill every 2 days. It has no after smell, taste great for coffee or any other hot drinks.

This does dispense hot water "instantly" but the flow rate is understandably not fast since the water needs to be heated up. Nevertheless, the dispense time is shorter than waiting for water to heat up in a kettle.While the ability to preset the dispenser volume is nice, after 6 mo of use, this no longer shuts off by itself, and the flow just continues unless I shut it off manually. I've forgotten a couple of times and had an overflow to clean up. Minus 2 stars for the durability.

Heats super fast, has easy water level and temp settings. WE LOVE this dispenser!!!!!! Makes ramen super easy to make (will even cook an egg if you add it before the hot water), cocoa, and anything that needs hot water. SUPER fast water heating. Easy to refill and to use.

When it works, it's nice. It's quiet, I like the multiple temperature and size settings. But it seems it will do one cup perfectly without interruption and then the next time I use it, it will start and stop 4 or 5 times, before it gets near the top of the cup, then I have to manually shut it off, otherwise the cup will overfill. I've tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works except unplugging and re-plugging it every time. I've had it less than a month.

When I first open the box and put it together to use it, I was immediately going to return it, but then I thought no I’m gonna give this one more try now. It absolutely absolutely love the convenience of this and the ability to choose what temperature I want the water and how many ML I’m going to use Definitely worth the purchase. I didn’t return it.
