These supplements are great. They are easy to swallow and it boosts my energy level. I love them .

I’ve done my own research and essentially vitamin increases can help libido naturally so when I saw this I thought it would be a good supplement and had a few reviews (5) but they were all 5 star reviews and all noted fast reviews. I’ve been taking this consistently for 3 weeks on top of taking additional vitamin D that I’ve been taking for months now and have noticed no difference in my moods or increased anything.Note: I think it’s important to also know that I do take them consistently at the same time every morning and have not missed a single dose.I will discontinue taking and do not recommend for its intended purpose. Multivitamins are cheaper.

Strangely, these seemed to do more for me when I first started taking them than they are now. I felt good for a while, more like my younger hornier (can I say that?) self, so I added them to our monthly subscribe and save order. I’m on my third bottle, and no longer feeling as much. So— perhaps the initial impression was placebo effect (but I guess at least I now know I’m still *physically* capable of feeling that way), or maybe I’m just tired now or too distracted by life. At any rate, I’ll do a few more bottles at least and hope my libido comes back. They’re luckily not expensive, so I really have nothing to lose. I take two every night at bedtime and I’ve had zero negative side effects.
