Unusual and beautiful pasta made with durum wheat and spinach. Literally meaning Olive Leaves, Foglie d'Ulivo makes an impression with it's beautiful shape and leaf color. The rough underside allows sauces to cling perfectly. Foglie d'Ulivo is a pasta shape that originated in Puglia and is made in a similar way as it's more famous shape, cavatelli, except it is longer and made with two fingers rather than one. Fantastic with cream based sauces, tomato and basil sauces or simply tossed with olive oil and and pitted olives for maximum presentation impact. Cooks in 11-13 minutes.
