THESE DO NOT MELT ALL THE WAY
I have been making cake pops for years and recently had a bake sale for my daughter’s cheer team where I made 275 cake pops. I ordered two of these thinking if I didn’t need or open the second one, I could return it. I didn’t realize it was nonreturnable, and if I could, I’d return them both. These are the worst melting crystals I’ve ever purchased and a total waste of money since they’re going in the trash. My chocolate was perfectly melted and all I had were little bits of these still left in the chocolate which of course stuck to every pop I dipped. Save your money, stress and headaches and just buy a different brand. I was up til 4am finishing these cake pops SOLELY due to having to fish out the chunks that would not melt. What a waste of time and money! I’d give these zero stars if I could.

They work great!
I make chocolate dipped pretzels and always have an open container right next to me. Sometimes when I take chocolate out of microwave I can throw a couple in and mix fast and the consistency is great.

The best product for candy melts!
I would not be able to make my cake pops with out these! They are a life saver! Adding these to candy melts helps them thin out so you can easily dip cake pops in them so they come out nice and smooth! The melt very easily and do not require that much heat to melt. There is no taste to them, you can't notice them at all once mixed in. I little goes a long way!

These Needed Melting Before They Could Be Used
When I received the package, the crystals had melted together into a big blob kinda resembling Oogy Boogy from Nightmare Before Christmas. Unfortunately, that meant I wasn't able to use them until I stuck the whole thing in a bowl of hot water and Oogy Boogy melted. Oh well. Next time, I'll check and see I can return things before I buy them.
