This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s perfect. I love the flap to cover the opening. You don’t need a bra and the quality is perfect. This is the only brand I’m buying now.

I have gotten lipo in my arms, thighs, waist, and abdomen. I’m experienced enough to know what is a good compressions garment and this brand is it. In fact, I prefer this one over the one custom medical grade ones my surgeon provides their patients. I recently had lipo in my abdomen and flanks/waist and the swelling was accumulating in those areas and it was uncomfortable as the compression garment I was wearing was getting too big as I got smaller. Some ladies will know what I mean.I ordered this one because I wasn’t able to go out and get mine resized at the office and I needed it ASAP. It was rough to get into at first but once on I immediately felt relief. The compression on this is really that good. I’ve since ordered 3 others, 2 in a smaller size so I can alternate between washings. It’s like a mesh spandex net like material and I’ve put it through hell and it hasn’t ripped, tore, and hooks are intact. The size chart said to get a M based on my measurements, but I got a S and I’m glad I did. I’m 5’1”, 165 lbs, and petite. I’m 34G and I’m a size 6 but wear 8 because my butt is big, I carry most of my weight in my butt, thighs, and breasts. Even on the S, the legs are loose and after having it for a month I was ready to go to XS. If you are having swelling this adds weight and inches so you may need to go down a size from the chart to compress it.

I’m no stranger to compression garments- having lymphedema, but recently struggled to find the right garment to accommodate my condition when I had panniculectomy surgery 9/14/23. I was in the hospital for two days and my legs retained 13 pounds of lymph fluid, increasing in size from 24” to 30”- the size of a small waist. I needed a Faja for significant compression of the lower abdominal area and I ordered garment after garment trying to find something that met my needs. Nothing would stay in place on my thighs and kept rolling up due to the squishing of the area, and I had two post-op drainage ports so using any faja was extremely uncomfortable. I was lying in bed after fighting to put on a Faja, in pain and exhausted, when I came across this particular garment.I liked that it had a zippered side closure and necessity access, and especially liked that the garment hits below the knees. The suit was true-to-size for my measurements at the time, and the X-Small fit perfectly. It provided appropriate compression around my lower belly area and significantly assisted with reducing swelling and retained fluid in my legs. This garment tapers below the knee and has never rolled up on me whatever I’m doing. I’ve lost the excess fluid I had retained in the hospital and the belly compression gradually reduced my swelling to the point that the garment is no longer tight enough.It’s been two and a half weeks and while I still love this garment, I do regret that the compression in the belly area is not adjustable. Paying $100 gave me the anticipation that it would continue to be effective for the duration that I’ll need to wear it (several months). Unfortunately I’ll need to look for a replacement now, I need to find something similar that is tighter on the belly. Until I find something appropriate I’ll use an additional binder when wearing this.

DO NOT BUY THIS FAJA ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAD OR HAVE TO HAVE A BBL/360 OR A BBL PERIOD! THIS IS VERY SERIOUS! THE WAY THE MANUFACTURER CUT THE OPENING BETWEEN YOUR LEGS IS UNEVEN & CUTS "DIRECTLY INTO" THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR INNER THIGH & RUNS(CUTS) FAR "INTO" THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR BUTT CHEEK & A LITTLE "IN" THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR BUTT CHEEK WHICH COMPRESS & CAUSE PRESSURE THAT CAUSES A MAJOR INDENTATION "IN" THE BOTTOM OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR BUTT CHEEK & A INDENTATION "IN" YOUR LOWER BUTT CHEEK HIGH RIGHT& LOW LEFT WHICH CAN EVEN CAUSE A LUMP WHERE THE INDENTATIONS(FROM THE FAJA) ARE IN YOUR BUTT & RUIN YOUR BBL!!! AMAGINE THAT AFTER SENDING ALL THE MONEY YOU SPENT TO HAVE A UGLY BUTT WITH INDENTATIONS & LUMPS!!! WARNING PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY FAJAS FROM THIS MANUFACTURER!!!! IF YOU DO& WARE THIS FAJA YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE A ROUND2 OR A REVISION!!!!!! I ORDERED & HAD TO RETURN 3 TIMES. ORDER ONLY THE FAJAS FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS THAT HAS THE ZIPPER IN THE MIDDLE TO PREVENT THIS HAPPENING TO YOU!!!!

This faja is so comfortable that I bought 2 more.I will say around the knee area is loose- that’s why I only gave it 4 stars. But other than that- it’s so perfect and makes my body look flawless

This faja offers great compression for stage 2. I was very satisfied with it. Very good quality and great fit. It is much easier to put on than a garment that fastens on the side. Love the support and shape it offers. Be sure to order according to the size chart. No need to order a size larger. Great product.

I absolutely love this style. I had 360 lipo three weeks ago and it has been the only kind that fits perfectly however within three weeks I have gone from xtra large, to large to medium and the medium and large have the same exact compression. Unsure if it was probably label incorrectly. I am 180lbs and curvy.Updated review.After purchasing over 5 of these fajas in a short period of time I have discovered:This kind of faja is good for girls with big butty. It doesn’t squeeze and it doesn’t attempt to make your butty look desproporciónate.The smaller you go in size the less compression or at least in my experience. I gradually went down every week after 360 lipo due to loosing inches but did t feel enough compression once I got from xl to small.Ordered two size s fajas and the second one has an imperfection on the right size of the abdomen, creating a sort of “bag” on that size of my abdomen be abuse the lack of compression compared to the left side.Unfortunately for me, this is the o Lu brand that doesn’t squeeze and change the shake of my behind so I kept them all but the healing process has taken longer because of the lack of the necessary compression.

Ok Ladies, here is some true talk...this is the best faja you will find online. Next to getting a custom one made you cannot find a better one at this price point. It’s extremely High quality. Many people who do surgery don’t understand that you have to have 3 stages of faja’s. This is my 3rd one I bought and even my plastic surgeon was floored that this was online at Amazon. You also have to know your body. I am in no means a small girl-I am now wearing a small size because my waist is small. I have also been told to get it as tight as possible so that my body forms after surgery-keep in mind I am now 3 months post surgery. My thighs are thick so I could not wear the short version of this as it would cut off the circulation in my thighs. I ordered the one below the knee for this reason. I also had to by additional bra extenders as the top part was short for my torso. I personally had to go a size down but again I worked up to this in stages. Happy healing :)

Me ajustó muy bien cadera, busto, cintura. Recomiendo que midan la cadera y si son pocos centímetros compren una talla menor. Eso sí, las piernas no ajustan ni aún como yo que si tengo pierna... creo que la debo reparar

This is a great faja, I tried a couple and was getting a little worried I wouldn't find a real quality one that does what it is supposed to. This is quality material and fabrication, it compresses and tightens where it should and I can still breathe and move, what else would you want? A+++
