Decided to try it as I’ve had some gut issues, below is how it’s going so far. Have tried other products in the past that left me spending a lot of unpleasant time in the restroom. Have not had that experience with this yet!Day 1. Made me a bit bloated but it made me very regular in the restroom. Not in a bad way, felt like it was “cleaning the pipes”.Day 2. Much less bloated, still very regular.Day 3. Lost most of my bloating, feels like my body is working as it’s supposed to, don’t feel as sensitive to dairy, haven’t felt any stomach issues since I started.Day 4. (And beyond) Feeling great. No stomach issues, keeps me regular and feels like I process everything well.It is not a miracle thing, it won’t fix poor diet or anything like that but it does help a lot with keeping your gut happy. I would recommend to at least try it, I will continue to order it. Tastes great, mixes very easily, feels like you’re just having a glass of orange juice (or something similar) every morning.If anything changes, I’ll edit the review. For now, I highly recommend. These things take time though, i won’t really know until week 2+ in regards to energy boost and other benefits.

This tastes great. A little on the sweet side so I put it in a large tumbler 40oz with water. Mixes perfectly. Not chalky. Refreshing and my stomach feels flatter the next day. Try it! It’s effective and your body will feel cleansed and renewed. I take it in the morning.

Bought it to see what the hype was. So far so good it even helped with monthly bloating during menstrual cycle. Tastes great! Disolves and mixes easily with quick stir but I use my hand blender, texture is good its like drinking juice not chalky at all, quality is good.

Lifelong athlete and marathon runner here, and I love this stuff. I mix 1 packet of the white peach in my 40oz Stanley and fill it to the top. As someone who is super picky on flavors, this one is light and very good. I have been drinking it as part of my daily routine and truly loving it. Only downside and reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the price. yikes. Not sure howl long I can buy this consistently and i am kinda bummed about that.

Already loving this product after two days. Just add a packet to a bottle of water, shake for a minute and it dissolves quickly. There is no gritty taste, however it is sweeter than I thought. I will definitely continue to use daily.

I was excited to try the mango flavor, but it was a total letdown. The mango flavor didn’t taste like mango at all. The other flavors were okay, but I’m not a big fan of them. In the morning, I had this before breakfast and felt great throughout the day. But towards the afternoon, I started feeling sick. My stomach felt bloated and uncomfortable. I won’t be buying this again.

After consistent use, I did not see positive results using this. In fact, I caused some GI issues which resolved after I quit using the packets. Unfortunately, not helpful for me. Taste was great though.

I love the Promix brand and I love even more than I can reorder quickly through amazon. Every single product from their protein powder, beef liver supplements and the debloat are clean, incredibly products that have helped me so much in my health journey.
