Bike warranty
I was not informed when I made the purchase that I do not have any warranty because I did not pay the 125.00 to have the bike assembled by an authorized bike shop. I would not have purchased the bike If I had been informed of that before purchase.

Great bike for big guys!
I'm not a real big review writer, but I felt the need to write this review for the bigger folks out there who are trying to decide if this bike is good for them.To start, I'm like alot of people, who hasn't ridden a bike in years, but wants to start getting out there to get some form of exercise. I have very bad knees and walking for miles, tears up my joints, so I wanted something with less impact on my body.I also knew that I didn't want some box store run of the mill bike that wouldn't last (again I'm a big guy) but also knew, I didn't need a $3000 carbon bike, with full suspension either. So that brought me to Amazon.I live in the middle of nowhere, and don't have any bike shop close to try bikes and have one tuned and all that, so I had to kinda wing it. Trying to find a bike in extra large, for a guy who is 6'4", and weighs right at 270 lbs, proved to be a bit of a headache. I got caught up in all the specs, and being right on the cusp of the weight limit of so many bikes, had me hesitant to say the least. Logic then kicked in, and I started looking at what I'm really after in a bike. The answer is, to be able to get out with minimal impact on my knees, so both me and my dogs can get exercise. I'm not jumping, downhilling, or even trail riding. I'm literally riding around town on gravel roads. So that made me realize, alot of the cautions, and prerequisite's didn't really pertain to me. I would maybe worry about the weight limit, if you are going to launch this thing down mountain sides or try to jump huge jumps, or anything like that. If you are not, this bike will be perfect! It very well may do all that stuff as well, I don't know. I just know what it will do as I've experienced. If these bikes are supposed to be tuned, by a professional, they must do a pretty dang good job at the factory, because I literally assembled it, rode it and have had zero issues. All you have to do, is install the front wheel, handlebars, seat tube, and in my case, a new seat. The original seat is not good for a big person. I got one of those plush gel seats off Amazon, and man it made a HUGE difference. This bike rolls great! I've never ridden a bike that is so smooth! I got on and peddled a couple rotations and could not believe the ease at which this thing got going. I was in second gear up front and 3rd out back. The range of gears this thing has is absolutely amazing! 24 in total! Thankfully the brakes are equally as impressive, because I was a bit jerky at slow speeds and turning at first, since I'm not used to the large 29 inch tires. The larger tires really do make this bike ride over rocks and dips and bumps with ease. I've also never ridden a bike with a front shock before, so that was pretty impressive as well!I know this review wasn't a whole lot about the bike, but instead about the type of person I am, and riding style I will be using it for, to maybe help alleviate any concerns another big person may have, if they are looking at this bike. I've ridden about 25 miles already, in 2 days, just trying to get a feel for this bike and could not be happier! I have ZERO regrets purchasing this bike and if I ever need or want another bike, I'll probably look at this company again.

Night mare to deal with these people!
Falling apart after 20 miles. I had the bike professionally assembled at a reputable bike shop. The factory installed crank fell off after about 20 miles. Poor quality work at the factory. Not torqued correctly no lock tite. They have still not returned my money. Have had to fight for my money back. Amazon A To Z found in my favor. The seller still has not returned my money

Highly recommend, great value. I love my bike.
Ordered this at the recommendation of a friend. This is my first "real" bike since i was a kid. I have rode about 200 miles so far on it. I love this bike. Comes with decent entry level equipment on it so i dont have to upgrade anything(except saddle and tires) until something wears out. I did replace the tires with some i was gifted that had a bit better tread for the terrain i ride. The assembly was easy and the bike came adjusted well. Shifts and brakes properly right out of the box. It was well packaged, no damage during shipment. I am 280lbs and this bike handles me very well even though im quite heavy. Still plenty of suspension left on the front to absorb bumps and holes. The one thing that had to be addressed immediately was the saddle. One ride and i had a very raw spot on my taint. Upgraded the saddle to something with a bit more cushion and have been riding nearly every day on it. If this bike would have came in a x-small frame i would have got this for my wife but we had to go to the Trek store to find her a proper frame size. Her bike cost the same amount and doesnt have quite as good of value as mine with the brakes and gear sets. I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking to get a proper entry level MTB, especially one that doesnt need immediate major parts upgrades.

Almost love it.
It has been a long time since I graduated from HS and had a new bike. Been milking mine along for 20+ years. So, things have changed in the bike world and I am still learning to like the differences. The bike was easy enough to assemble, and rides nicely. I was very surprised how big the frame was. I am 5’9” and went with a medium and I wish I would have seen it in a shop first, I may have gone with a small. So if you are between sizes, as I am, you may pause and do some comparison shopping with other bikes and see how the frame size compares .

Great bike for the price has some issues
Nice bike but mine had few issues. Wheels shakes and wobble. My crank arm was damaged and kept falling off. Asking seller to give me to cover a new crank arm. Did not get that resolved. Planned on returning to find out seller wants 20% restock fee plus I have to pay to ship back. Was cheaper to fix the bike and keep it. I would recommend this bike but find a different seller

Great quality bike!
Love this bike! It looks and rides awesome. The quality is amazing. Had a friend who purchased a bike for the same price and side by side, his doesn’t even compare. I bought a different seat, based off previous reviews. That’s a good idea because stock is pretty stiff. Added a bottle holder and black reflector stickers. The wheel reflectors are every large and too much. Ships from Denver and was packaged well. Comes with touch up paint for any scratches.
