This marine collagen mixes well in warm and hot liquids. Also mixes fine in smoothies prepared in a blender. Like other collagen powders, it does not mix well at all in any cold liquid, like juice. The taste to me was fine, comparable to that of the bovine collagen I used previously. I eat a lot of seafood so, if there was a bothersome fishy smell (as other reviewers have stated), I didn't notice it.The one criticism I have that will likely prevent me from buying it again is the container. It's so narrow that, when you've used 2/3 of the contents, you'd need a toddler's hands to be able to reach in for the included scoop. As a result, you get powder all over both your hands and the container's exterior. What used to be a black container is now a white and powdery mess.My suggestion to Premier Research Labs would be to use a shorter, wider container to ease product access for those of us who are old enough to have wisdom teeth. This collagen is more expensive than the competing bovine collagen and, as such, it's ridiculous having to waste it while struggling to get it out of the jar.

The product has been tested for heavy metals which lends some degree of confidence, the fish types are wild caught cod, haddock, and pollock.There is no taste so it can be added to smoothies, soups, and gravies. Much like the turkey gravy I made where the indication that it had good collagen was that it jelled after being put in the fridge. The supplement is made in an FDA monitored facility, another good vibe. The product is a powder that takes a while to dissolve in water or liquids. It tends to dissolve faster when the liquid is warmed. There are zero carbs, and its calories are totally from proteins. According to the product page it contains 19 out of 20 amino acids to help with skin, bone, and gut health. Hard to argue with the quality here. Recommended.

My bestie is in the beauty/skin care game and recommended marine collagen for me. So, I was super happy to try this one from Premier Research Labs.It seems to be of high quality, based on the purity-verified, non-GMO, natural ingredients, and wild caught claims. Plus, I like the sustainable harvesting practice. Certainly, it stirs pretty easily in my morning coffee - while there are always some dry clumps that I press against the side of the mug with my spoon and they quickly dissolve. Since it's flavorless, it's no problem to add to my daily routine.Is it effective? My joints haven't been bothering me but I'm not yet noticing much difference in my skin... I'm happy to give it time though and will continue taking it.

After reading all the reviews of how this Marine Collagen has no flavor to it, I decided to give it a try in my hot coffee.My experience has been different from others. I can taste something that is awful to me.I do like how it gave me some energy, but the taste is so offputting, I'm not sure I want to continue consuming this.I will update my review if I decide to continue taking it and have a positive result.

It's easy to mix into my coffee in the morning and I don't even realize I put it in there! Noticed a difference in how I feel. Ie: joints aching went away and just overall feel good!!!
