Ok I have never used an Epilator before and I took a chance on this one due to getting fed up with plucking hairs on my chin and neck area. I didn't want to splash out on expensive one to start with so I opted for this one. This is an Epilator and not a hair remover which most of the reviews are for. But for a couple quid more I am so happy with the results. Ok I have no idea what the bigger brands are like, but this worked perfectly for me. It took a while to pluck some of the coarser hairs on my chin but the rest was just a breeze. My face feels so smooth and not much redness at all. Just in that one stubborn hair area - just the one hair! I am absolutely over the moon and I may get one of the expensive brands in the future and use this for travel. But for now I am very happy with this product and its done a great job

I an ancient, so being a facial hairy lady all my life, time after time, I have tried many epilators, but not been brave enough to give any if them more than a very brief try. Far too painful! Pulling my strong hairs out, really hurts! I keep resorting to tweezers, which do the job on the strongest hairs, but I still had all the peach fuzz left behind. To my amazement, and joy, your epillilator., pluck every hair, thick or thin, with very little toe curling. Why did I not know about this earlier in my life!!

Doesn't work. Waste of money

I can not get this to stay on when trying to remove the hairs from my face i have to keep holding the switch to make it work i am not very happy about this .

Does what I wanted. Very compact and user friendly. Removed top lip hair very easily. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to use. Handy small size. Smooth use and leaves the skin lovely and soft. Rose gold colour.

The picture in the ad is pretty much what you get, although it is deceiving when you look at the rotator.It basically has one area that rotate with one part that goes together that supposedly grasps the hair...ha! It’s like a spinning tweezer that doesn’t even grab anything. If your lucky it may grab one hair out of a hundred and forget about thicker hair. You would think the thicker would be easier...not with this. I know the machine is inexpensive, but don’t even waste $20 for this!

Wow j'aurais dû acheter ce produit bien avant. Très facile d'utilisation et d'entretien. L'étui mou en velours assure une protection et facilite le transport. Vraiment doux sur la peau et fait une super bonne job. Je le recommande fortement.
