Best Purchase for an iPad!
Genuinely one of the best cases I’ve EVER had for my old iPad. It’s sturdy and protects well without being heavy and bulky! There’s no annoying flimsy extra parts. Feels very premium and is fun to unbox (they included so many anti moisture packets lol). The magnets hold up the iPad well and the kickstand is sturdy and doesn’t slip! The material is amazing to the touch as well!!Overall it’s the most high quality case you’ll EVER find for an older iPad! Get it now!!!

Good case, outstanding customer service
2nd Update:I loved this case when I first got it, but it started to come apart at the tab within about a month. I updated the original review noting this. The seller saw this and asked me to send photos of the damage. I did, and within days, I had a new case.It is not possible to avoid all problems, so any seller should be judged more on the way they respond when problems occur. In this case, it was stellar. I did cover the tab on the new one with heavy-duty shipping tape trimmed to fit. It is not unsightly, and it makes it much less likely to split.1rst Update:I was so pleased with this in December that I gave it five stars. January is not yet over, and the plastics as completely separated at the tab, continuing to split apart along the seam. In retrospect, I should have expected that. Unlike other types of cases, you have to open it by the tab, not a corner, as the back cover forms a frame around the iPad, and the front cover is smaller and fits inside that frame. The center tab is is the only way to open it.The design is still good, but for $70, it should last longer than five weeks.Original review:This is a great case! It has most of what I wanted, and does it well. The kickstand in the back is held in place magnetically, and does not collapse. There is a wraparound frame that adds considerable safety. Furthermore, it is not slippery. The only thing I would change would be to add a pocket to hold receipts until I enter them. This very nicely made for the money.

Your ipad’s BFF for lyfe
Best ipad case. Period. Bought this for my mom’s ipad without thinking twice after seeing the reviews since mom’s are always worth the splurge and wanted her to have a quality case. She loved the magnetic features and how vivid the color is. I loved how protective and sturdy it was and knew as soon as it was unwrapped (the wrapping is also on a whole different level by the way) that it would be a keeper for the life of her new ipad. We’ve gone through a ton of ipad cases but, this is the one we keep coming back to despite the higher price point. Despite getting it for my mom, my husband and I continued using cheaper cases for our ipads until finally his latest one finally gave out on him after 1 year. I ordered this one for him as a surprise after he ordered another flimsy $10 case (which required a minimum of 3 “fidget adjustments” every time we wanted the ipad to stand). Of course he loved it and it hasn’t come off since. Best part is you literally one-handed flip the back stand without thinking about it and it snaps! Right into the magnetic slots to stand at a perfect angle. Every time! No fidgeting needed! And it just feels soooo smooth and nice and is so so so durable. I personally think it’s completely worth it since there’s no need to keep switching to a new case every year and it’ll last the rest of the ipad’s life.Only downside is that on this version of the ipad pro case, when you grip/carry by the side of the ipad, the case’s rubber sides slide slightly off the ipad due to the weight of the ipad pro vs. how skinny the case sides are. Not sure if it’s the same on the newer ipad pro models and it’s not something that happens on my mom’s 10.9” ipad. It makes for sort of an awkward way to hold the ipad when the cover is open or switching instead to holding it by the backstand but, it’s not a big deal for us.

Updated review after 12 months.
Updated after 12 months:While I stand by my original comments below, I will say that this cover has really grown on me and have decided to upgrade from 2 to 5 stars. This case has held up with no signs of wear over several months of travel in a stuffed backpack across the country. I really would like for the manufacturer to still work on making a sturdier frame. You really need to use both hands with the 12.9 iPad case. But this is a beautiful case and I’ve recieved a ton of compliments on its looks, especially with the stylus in place. The multiple angles are a major advantage over other cases and I’ve now bought 2 other cases as gifts.Updated after 2 days of using:I’m not sure if the other reviews were solicited or not but I am a little surprised at the high ratings.Full disclosure, I've had a competitor case for several years so I am used to heavy duty protection. But I wanted something thinner and lighter and after reading the reviews I bought this. I really wanted to love this Zugu case because it looks awesome.Pros:1. Much thinner that my old case and WAY easier to put the case on and off.2. The magnet is very strong and does indeed held my ipad confidently against the fridge (this is probably what got me to buy this case over others)3. The slots allow you to adjust to 10+ viewing angles and the ipad does not budge when you push your ipad. I used it for gaming with no problem at all.4. The case itself is stunningly beautiful inside and out.Cons:The two big cons that took away 3 stars for me have to do with the functionality and feel. While these are flaws, you have to realize that the 12.9 Ipad is huge and heavy to begin with. So there are some design accommodations to be considered in creating a case for this size ipad. The below concerns I instantly noticed while doing 2 common things: Picking up my iPad with one hand. Holding/reading my ipad in one hand.1. When the cover is folded back so that I can read/use my tablet with one hand, the cover slides quite a bit against the back making it feel like the ipad could slide out of my hand. In addition, the inside of the cover is velvety in texture (looks beautiful btw) so that also makes the traction against my fingers feel like it could slip. Because of the heaviness of the 12.9 ipad, I would like to have much better traction and stability when holding this with one hand as a reader.2. Because the cover slides so much against the back you tend to grip the edge hard to stabilize it in your hand (see pics). However the edge of the case has a tendency to pull away from the ipad easily. This makes your thumb rest against the edge of the ipad but also allows the iPad to easily slip out of your hand. In fact, my ipad has now slipped out of my hand twice within 2 days of using this case. I also noticed crud collecting in that area after just a couple uses. Combined with #1 above I just don't feel confident in this case holding my ipad unless I use two hands.I recommend this as an excellent case for hands free and screen only use. But I don't recommend this if you want to hold your tablet in one hand or a lot and I just didn't feel comfortable holding my $1100 ipad in it.My suggestions to the maker:Make the edges stiffer or even thicker.Find a way to secure the cover to the back of the case when held so that it doesn't slide around so much. Maybe a stronger magnet or use the grooves somehow.
