We have enjoyed several infused versions of Calivirgin’s oils, and Basil is the most favored of the bunch. We started a few years ago with the sampler pack and have moved on from there. The oils are all rich in aroma and flavor but not overpowering. We use them all as we would any olive oil—in sautéing or baking, on salads and veggies, atop breads. Very lovely products to have on hand to add a dash of pizzazz to so many dishes.

This is by the far the most flavorful white truffle oil I have tried- others -even the organic ones- come up with a chemical taste- this is smooth with a delicate flavor and welcome addition to most any dish- sprinkle on top and enjoy!

I've been trying to find a good spicy oil for cooking, and I just found my holy grail. Not only is it spicy, it has the amazing flavor of habaneros infused into it. I will be ordering many more of this product for sure!

Some would say, it’s okay to pay a high price for good quality.In the context of a cooking oil, it’s hard to apply that logic.The flavor of the oil is wonderful.The quantity, coupled with it being crazy overpriced is another.I have decided to make my own oil by simply taking a large amount of rosemary, using a muddler to break down the leaves and then drop all that into a bottle of good quality olive oil.Within a week, you have police oil that is beautifully flavored with rosemary. Filter it all, and voila. I have 5 times the quantity for a fraction of the price.All this to say, the product is overpriced.

I am a big fan of Calivirgin olive oils & balsamic vinegars and have been purchasing them for 3 years. The flavors are so awesome and go well on salads and for vegetables and meats - everything you can think of. They are so wonderful you'll literally take a spoon or drip the oils and vinegars right on to your finger. Yum. The lemon in this product is nicely balanced and gives your foods a wonderful, refreshing taste. I love this oil for cooking quesadillas and adding some spice to the crust to go along with whatever I'm using inside. I've also mixed it with Thai peanut sauce to thin it out and coat things, and it works great that way too. There are lots of options out there. I liked the description of how this one is made and where it comes from.

I substituted veg oil for the blood orange xtra virgin olive oil in making blueberry muffins and they were delicious. I recommend this product. Price is in line with other vendors but I feel all are a bit dear in price. My fried used it in Ghoradelli dark chocolate brownies. Again...delish!!!

Calivirgin White Truffle Olive Oil makes ordinary meals extra special.I love it drizzled on pasta with red pepper flakes, or on a salad with balsamic vinegar.It takes plain old popcorn to a whole new level as well.
