Microsoft Surface Pro 7 256GB i5 8GB RAM with Windows 10 Pro (Wi-Fi, Quad-Core i5-1035G4,) Platinum PVR-00001 (Renewed)

I looked at the various Surface tablets. Older ones did not support Win 11, Newer ones had no micro SD port. The PRO 7 has the features I needed and works well.

The media could not be loaded. Works great! I bought for my job. The only reason 4 out of 5 is because when I bought it used it was suppose to be in perfect condition. There was burn out on the screen and when I contacted the company they work more than welling to work with me on a solution. Battery life is not the greatest, it last for a couple hours but nothing like a normal tablet would get, at least not mine. But usually its plugged in so I don't have to worry about that. It did come with a wall charger and keyboard and I was not expecting that. The design is modern and looks great. The touchscreen works perfect and I've never had any issue with it at all. I haven't noticed any new scratches or marks so it is pretty durable. Overall great value for your money. I would be more than happy to purchase again.

Purchased an excellent condition pro 7 and came as described. A few very small wear spots on the edge, tiny dirt in the plastic seems but that was it. Screen is excellent with a perfectly placed protective film. Back cover excellent. Came with Windows 10 Pro and was able to upgrade to 11 Pro. I was very scared of what condition the device would arrive in, either from the seller or from the shipping carrier. I am very happy so far. Will update if that changes.

We received an item from a seller that we did not select, so Amazon must have changed this, and found that there was an issue with the power supply unit. The computer had already been delivered to a client, and all that Amazon kept repeating and forcibly ending chats and phone calls, was just send the whole thing back, we don't care about your reputation or what happens to the other company. Do or do not, we (Amazon) don't really care!If this is the experience that you want that you have been warned.The computer itself works without any issues.

As business owner with a disability, I give my disability approval on working for me. I don't have any issues with my serfice pro 7.

Stopped working with the Microsoft dock after about a month. Nothing I could do to fix it so I returned it. Overall the unit came in great condition, great battery and was updatable to windows 11. So absolutely no issues with the seller.

This laptop is truelly a gem, and was a head of its time. I damaged my originnal one, so i picked up a refurbished one . It has some light spots in the screen but overall works great!
