Great to have on hand to keep the elderly from being stuck at home

These keep your outer clothes dry even when you have a little more than a little leak. At least until you get to the bathroom.

Good but do not hold messy accidents. Too long in the panty area.
These worked great for my 89-year old mother I was caring for. However, they did hang between the legs a bit so if there was a "messy" accident, they did not absorb and would leak at the sides. I think they are too long in the panty area.

These were perfect for my postpartum recovery! They fit well and were comfortable. Definitely will use these again during my next pregnancy

Not quite the same
I’ve bought this or a similar item at Costco. The labels might lead one to believe that they are the same. But the Costco version has a thicker pad, and has a roomier leg band. (Also, the Costco version is beige, and this one is sort of pale pink.) Until I can go to Costco again, I’ll have to order this Amazon version.
