These things make it SUPER EASY to monitor your tire pressure!! I always look around my car as I approach it (situational awareness). Now, as long as I see GREEN on my tire valve caps, I know my tire pressure is GOOD! No more "eyeballing" or waiting for a dashboard light to come on.😁

Works when your tire pressure is really low, your tire pressure has to be below 25psi for the cap to show the air is really low, it would be great if it shows low pressure just below 30 psi my tire pressure is usually 35psi. That’s the reason for the 4 star, other than that it works great!!

These valve caps are one of my single favorite purchases related to my cars and bikes.My car is from the era where the computer is smart enough to tell you if the tire pressure is low but not smart enough to tell you which one it is. These valve caps help eliminate the guesswork.I have also installed them on my bikes, which are also in the 30-35psi pressure range, and they work equally well there.I have yet to encounter the slow leak problem described in the negative reviews, at least on my car, nor any over time pressure loss above what would otherwise be considered normal on my bikes. I can see damage to the window on the cap indeed being a possible point of failure, especially on the car where high-speed road debris impacts are a greater concern, so carrying some "dumb" valve caps as spares as well as a tire inflator may be a good idea for users as a precaution (and is in general, monitor caps or no).

I initially bought them for my jeep grand cherokee. It has a TPS system but wanted to be able to do quick visual check outside of the jeep. Purchased in April 2023. Initially very impressed. Bought more for my EBikes and other vehicle. I Iive in a area with moderate temperatures year round and zero humidity. We'll in early July I was on a bridge span and my right front tire went flat in seconds per TPS. I limped of the bridge onto a midspan island. Where I waited for help. I couldn't see where or what my tire ran over to go flat. Had it towed to a tire shop. They couldn't see what caused the flat either. Put on the full size spare. The next week and half various tires started loosing air. While at Costco I noticed the valves had turned black (I had rarely driven my jeep during that time due to health issues). I had someone from their tire shop take a look. We took off the rest of them. Other reviews had noted similar issues. This is a product scheduled to fail. I don't know about other manufacturers but will never use again. When the indicator top goes it just bleeds out your tires air. Any place or time.

They work fine but beware that if the plastic part breaks then it will release all the air from your tire. This happened to me when I went through car wash. I got a low tire pressure alarm and didn’t think much of it. I was lucky to be home when I realized what had happened.

Las válvulas de la nada y sin uso perdieron presión y desinflaron más de una llama que estaba en completo alto total por mucho tiempo, pero no solo me pasó en esa bicicleta que no uso sino que también en mi scooter de un día para otro la llanta estaba baja, al llenarla y poner de nuevo la válvula de escuchaba como el aire escapaba por la misma.

There appears to be a mixed feeling on these types of caps. After purchasing I asked my tyre supplier if these are good value; as I have disabilities and thought visual indicators would help, but he said the majority either leak air or seal themselves to the valves. We just need to see what happens.
