I make BIR curries and having a good deep pan prevents all the splashes that used to occur, incredible pan, good size and extremely none stick which makes cleaning a breeze.

I have bought this for the purpose-specific reason that i want to use is as a rice pot, and in that it's absolutely excellent. The lid has a really good fit which is vital to steaming the rice properly. The entire body is both lightweight (something that i normally do not look for, in a cookpot), but has perfect heat distribution. It's also stick-proof, as far as i can see (with normal use, i mean). I am really, really happy with this pot and i think you will too if you try it.(to get perfect rice, ALWAYS pre-soak your rice in cold water for 30-40 minutes, then get to a boil, and then turn the flame to a whisper, cook 15m, turn off and wait another 15m)

Lovely pot, big enough. However, mind the handles, you need oven gloves or you'll get burnt.

Totally chuffed with this purchase, the non stick qualities I would say are superior to some more expensive pans out there.The pricing is great across the size ranges.Super easy to clean even after reducing sauces for a while, just a case of rinsing under hot water and using a cloth or brush they clean immediately.

My previous pot had been ruined by Fry Light, and switching back to regular oil gave me a good reason to replace some of my most used pots and pans. This is a brilliant size, a little bigger than my previous one. Since switching to airfryer I barely use my oven but still need pots for stir frys, hot pots and currys - this is perfect for all. Only downside is how hot the handles get, which my guess is the reason for the freebie silicone gloves (which my 8 year old loves using pretending he's a crab so all round win).
