Q: Americans sizing? What size for 38 waist?

I got them for my son who is 32 waist and large is little baggy, they are stretchy so I would say XL.

Q: Is the camouflage supposed to be red or orange, because in the picture it looks red but I have it in person and its Orange?

It's definitely supposed to be red so get a refund if you got duped into an orange camo style. Had a whole red black and white outfit ordered only to get this mess of an orange bit. The original is out there, there are ton of these dupes and the original as I saw someone reselling it is in fact red and not orange.
