Calming Comfort 15 Lb, 15-Pound, Grey Blanket 15 Pound

Yo tuve el error de no fijarme en las medidas y resultó que la cobija era muy chica para mi, no obstante eso, como quiera la usé varias semanas. No diría que es una cobija irremplazable o incomparable. Si es muy buena pero en mi opinión, es demasiado cara. Si tuviera un 1/3 de su precio, lo recomendaría a todo mundo.

I was drawn to buy this style blanket because of my fondness over Sharper Image products. So I bought this blanket for my wife because she was always putting extra blankets on or near her feet so she could have the weight of them on her lower body to help her sleep. Once this blanket arrived, and she put in on the bed, she was in heaven. It feels very soft, and the beads do not detract from how good it looks or feels on the body. She says it feels like she's getting a constant hug, and it keeps her comforted and really relaxed during the night. It doesn't generate heat in the bed so I don't get hot or uncomfortable on my side, and she is not kicking it off when she has her flashes during the night. Not really a "down side" but every now and again you have to spread the blanket and toss it around to spread the beads evenly in their pouches. Not a big deal, but well worth it. This is probably the best gift I could have gotten for her. Happy Wife, Happy Life!

This blanket is like getting a gentle but firm hug. I was dealing with some anxiety and physical skin issues and found that it help soothe and distract me. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the blanket. The material is a velvet like fabric, and it comes in a gray neutral that will match most decor.I did open the box and noticed a chemical smell that lingered. I was disappointed to realize that the blanket should not be machine washed. While the material is soft and comforting, it did get too warm at times. I think it would be great to offer a machine washable, cooler option for those that would prefer that.

These blankets are not cheap!A problem to wash without industrial masher machines but are nice to sleep with

I have been wanting to try a weighted blanket for some time now. I never ordered one because I was nervous about it being too heavy, or too hot. I am so glad I took the plunge and ordered this blanket! The weight is heavy enough to make you feel snuggled, but not restricted. The blanket is very soft and cozy, but doesn’t make you get hot overnight. I would highly recommend this blanket to anyone who has trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. I have struggled with Restless Leg Syndrome for many years, which has resulted in many sleepless nights. Since I’ve been using this blanket I have not had any issues with my legs, and have been sleeping through the night. I have never felt so rested before!
