Wow!! What a money saver!!
The exit rollers on my over 15 years old Fujitsu Scansnap S500 had turned into a glob of plastic and the scanner was useless. I found an article on line on how to easily replace these. I found the rollers on Amazon and followed the article's instructions. It took about ten minutes and the scanner was as good as new. Saved me from spending several hundred dollars on a new one.

Rollers work great. Very difficult to install.
Installed these on my Fujitsu ScanSnap fi5110.The rollers work great once installed and I am glad I purchased them.BUT... Fujitsu didn't make it easy to repair these scanners !!I really don't suggest you try do this unless you have patience and skill with taking electronic/mechanical/plastic devices apart. No instructions included, but there are YouTube videos that show the DIFFICULT procedure to remove and reinstall the feed and outfeed roller shafts on various Fujitsu scanners.I used videos called: "How to repair ScanSnap s510" and "Replacing Feed & Exit Rollers in fig 6110"Some people complain that these rollers are too tight on the shaft. They DO fit tight, but the rollers can be installed and won't slip when completed.I used dishwashing liquid to lubricate the shaft, and pushed the rollers onto the shaft with my fingers.I then used a pair of pliers with padding (to make sure I didn't scratch/damage the shaft) , to push the rollers along the shaft. I didn't grip the roller, but used the pliers which loosely fit around the shaft and allow you to push on the end of the bushing. Make sure the shaft is on a work surface that you don't mind scratching.SEE PHOTO.Once the rollers were in the correct position, I just rinsed them with water until the dish soap was gone. Any remaining soap will dry and help the rollers stay in position.Ran a bunch of pages through the scanner and it works great now.
