Harriet [Blu-ray]

Excellent story of one of America's unsung heroines. I don't know how historically accurate it is, nonetheless the story needs to be told.

A friend wanted to see this movie so I went with her and saw it at the theater. I was so impressed that I had to buy it. We will make this movie one of our annual ones to watch. Great acting and what a story.

This movie was an excellent movie. Harriet was one of Americas greatest people and this women should have her story told more often than it has been. She deserves a larger recognition for her roll in what she did to free the slaves. I feel most Americans don't even know who she is and how important she was to ridding America of slavery.

Harriet has always been one of my History heroes along with Geronimo/Red Cloud..Love there wanting to fight back and defend there people ...Not being a doormat .....Another great movie to add to my collection like 12 years of slave.

A MUST SEE. For women of all ages and colors. I wept. And I am not at all the sort for such melancholy. Harriet is a true heroine for us all. I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Yet I wish for more information about the production and the details of the history of Harriet Tubman.
