Coconut oil is amazing.It does it all.Lotions, toothpaste, cooking,Skin care just to name a fraction of the things it can be used for.It is 100% pure coconut.I buy the refined it does not smell or taste like coconut.I make a lot of creams and lotions with coconut oil and essential oils.It saves me a ton of money.
