I purchased these to seal our wedding invitiations. They are great value and easy to use and look fantastic!

The presentation of the delivery was in a huge bubble lined bag and the actual product was a lot smaller, the box was packed lovely and the wax beads were neatly packaged. However the actual wax was hard to work with, tending to rip off the surface and stick to my seal, the details of the seal was also hit and miss. The colour was beautiful so I tried my best to make it work.

First time buying sealing wax for a stamp. The wax is great its bendable and its a lovely color. I wrapped the spoon handle with some hemp cord i had on hand and used super glue ( e6000 ) on the bottom to make sure it stayed. It doesnt get hot but i just didnt like the feel of the metal. It does get all black but i just clean it after every use and its good to go. I used 3 little chips and melt it slow. To fast youll get alot of bubbles and then you might want to get a tool to pop them. I just poured from a center point but ive seen people pour in a small circle motion. You have like a second to kinda shift your stamp on the wax before it sets but you have to apply a small amount of pressure and kinda move it at the same time. I used a piece of glass as a practice. I got these rings in the wax but it doesnt have those on paper i just wanted to practice my pouring method. I also used the practice chips and glued them on to what i needed with a hot glue gun but im sure you could use a double sided tape if you have that on hand.

The wax works perfectly fine with my stamp, the colour is really nice, just like old wax seals, perfect for my project.I didn't know whether to get the wax stick with the wick or this little pieces, after reading several reviews I decided to try the pieces because you use just what you need and there is no mess. The wick on the wax sticks seems to stain with smoke the actual wax.
