Simply put, this seems to have reversed a pack rat infestation in our RVs on a rural property. We visit them 1-2 times/month. As long as we apply this stuff every 4-6 weeks, we don't have problems. If we let it go too long, they move back in. This also works for Rabbits.Due to the cold, we didn't visit for almost two months, and we hadn't treated for over 2 months. Pack rats setup house on top of the Ford 460 in our motorhome. It was hellish... juniper tree bits, berries, rat turds and cacti. It was a couple of hours of effort hand picking and sucking things up with a shop vac. Fortunately, once about 90% of it was cleared, we were able to confirm the engine still fires and runs. Afterwards, I doused underneath the cowl liberally. It should smell delightful the next time the engine heats up.We are very pleased with this product and will continue to use it every 4-6 weeks to keep the little buggers at bay.

This product is supposed to be 50% peppermint and 50% spearmint but the overwhelming scent is spearmint I have no doubt that both are fine for repelling mice. This is just a heads up in case anyone hates the scent of spearmint. The spray nozzle requires a little bit of manipulation And cleaning out after each application, but these are small things compared to the benefit of using a non-toxic natural rodent repellent. Your house will smell minty fresh And like Christmas!

It is easy to use and does have a scent but don't waste your money. I bought this because I was having issues with rodents eating the wires in my car engine. I sprayed this in my engine and the whole area that I park in. The rodents was not deterred. They ate my car wires that same night and my car had to go back in the shop the next morning. Did not work!!!!!!!!

At first, I thought that it was great. Where I sprayed, there was no signs of mice. I re-sprayed a couple of times. Over the weeks, I sprayed wherever I saw signs of mice.And then I discovered that something wasn't working. There were increasing signs of more mice. We even saw a couple scrambling around.We are currently trying to locate all the entry points and nesting areas.To continue using the product, I would have to re-order. I am not sure if it would be worth it. Bother.

I had rats getting in my work truck chewing holes in the seats. chewing up floor mats.. had tried all different methods but this is the first one to effective. vacuumed up all the old rat turds and cleaned the truck out good. Then Sprayed this and haven't seen signs of them since

we did not like that the product does not come with the sprayer and a loose unsealed cap.

I purchased this because I had squirrels destroying all the plants on my deck. It did nothing. Squirrels came and went as before I used the product. Make your own home remedy. This does not work. I had to give it one star because my review would not have been submitted but I would give it NO stars.

Does nothing to deter mice. They get use to the scent real quick
