Wow what a difference! If you have lag on any devices using Ethernet or WiFi this is a MUST!
This CAT 8 cable is amazing! I was getting 1/2 of the speed of my internet. If you're familiar with ISP speed and know what you think you have from your provider (what you're paying for that is) it's usually not what you're getting. For example if you are paying for 300 Mbps and you check the speed (which you can easily do on the internet) you may be shocked to learn you are only getting 100 Mbps. Various factors cause lag. If the lag exists when you are hard wired you need to get a new cable. Check what kind you have by simply reading it.It may surprise you that companies who offer 2000 Mbps don't change the wiring to keep up with those speeds. In fact many providers only carry CAT5e on their trucks or install the routers without touching the existing wiring. It's like having a body of a race car powered not with an engine, but by the Flintstones' feet.Need another analogy, it's high speed internet compared to the old dial up. I highly recommend checking your internet speed and if you have lag, or are paying for anything over 100 Mbps you upgrade the wiring toCAT 8. Thick durable and easy to wire. It doesn't cost a fortune like the internet you're paying for and don't currently get. One test I did the speeds on download went from 21 Mbps to 100 Mbps. Upload went from 17 Mbps to 100 Mbps (a laptop with a 100 Mbps cap). This was on the same exact router. Just a change out of 5e to this new 8.As a woman who knows how to wire her house and run cable (my late father had a highly respected audio/visual company used by every major TV and Cable network and he even set up all the audio/video for Dodgers stadium as well as many, many celebrity homes). He would have loved this cable! Having taught me to wire the house and handle cable I can say it's well made and does the job.I purchased 100 feet and ran it through the walls in the office through the garage and attic and down another wall 90 feet away. This cable was PERFECT. Whether personal or professional reasons this is the go to cable! Do yourself and your internet a favor and take the time to upgrade!

Cable is beautiful, Very Professional
My first word when I opened this cable, was "WOW". It was beautiful. Strange to say this about a cable. I mean, it's a cable. But, WOW! It was so clean and white. It's ROHS compliant. Connectors were shiny, gold and perfectly connected. Little plastic covers on end... and I'm not talking about those cheap plastic covers that slip on and fall off... This was a cover that snapped on the end like a fitting. You had to press the release to get it off... NICE! But the best thing is that it wasn't rigid and hard like the cable you get from the cable companies. It is a perfectly flexible and pliable cable. You won't be disappointed. And the best thing is... it's CAT 8!

Ethernet Cable
I'm installing outdoor cameras and noticed that I need 43ft ethernet cable. Found this 50 ft one here on Amazon. It comes with a lot of cord holder pins for tucking in the cable. I found a card inside of the bag, where the seller offers 2 years warranty on it. I don't think it will ever be broken - it looks pretty durable. I tested it - works fine.

Perfect going from Router to Xbox 1. Bought it because of the faster potential speed, even though my devices and network are currently 1 gig. Looking forward to testing it for faster speed in the future

Not sure if the cable was compatible with my security system.
Not sure what the problem was with this cable. It looks great but it only worked on my security system for a few weeks until it stopped working. I replaced it with a cat 6 cable and that cable worked fine. After I uninstalled your cable I tested it with my tester and it checked out fine.

poor performance
slow speed, I have 2 computers running off the same router and the other computer is hooked up with CAT5 and the upload and download is faster
