I decided to try this product after a major surgery that I had (appendectomy). I was dealing with a lot of depression and I did some research on natural ways to improve my mood and energy. I came across an article about this herb and read a lot about its benefits. I searched on Amazon and this product is the one I felt I would like the most since it comes in a capsule form and is all natural. The herbal powder has a natural strong flavor. I also like that the capsule is made from vegetable source and there's no added fillers or nonsense. I can quickly tell when a capsule is sticky or has weird flavor from bovine source (which is gross for me). In this case I can tell this a real vegetable capsule, has no flavor at all and is high quality. I noticed an improvement in my mood and energy after a few days of using this product. I am happy with the results and I would buy it again.
